THANK YOU for showing the old time printing press! I am a graphic designer by trade, and back when I learned it was the last semester before everything went to computers. I love silk screen printing, too. When I worked for a publisher in the mid 90s, they actually had me set type the way they did it before current day fonts, and with letraset. Really makes you appreciate current font catalogs, and computers!

That helicopter contraption is really cool! It was nice to see you and your family out having fun. You'd probably like the very large ferris wheel that's at Chicago's Navy Pier. It overlooks Lake Michigan and you get some pretty cool views of downtown Chicago & the lake front too. Your new store is coming along nicely!

Did you know that goats are frequently rented out. They eat everything including poison oak and ivy and other unwanted plants. They eat everything real quickly. So people literally rent goats instead of using chemicals.

Love the Ferris Wheel. The first Ferris wheel was designed and made for the 1893 World’s Fair in Chicago and it was enormous! There were 36 cars, each fitted with 40 revolving chairs and able to accommodate up to 60 people, giving a total capacity of 2,160. The wheel carried some 38,000 passengers daily and took 20 minutes to complete two revolutions, the first involving six stops to allow passengers to exit and enter and the second a nine-minute non-stop rotation. A ticket cost 50¢.

G’day, everyone. Fort Edmonton Park looks like my kind of place so thank you for sharing it with us, Alexander. We have a place in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, called Sovereign Hill which is a living museum of a gold rush boomtown in the 1850s with stores from the era and staff who dress in the fashion of the day. There is even a real school that children attend where they use slate boards and other old fashioned school things. Visitors can stay in accommodation and experience life as it was in the 1800s. Great fun if you like that kind of thing. Take care 😘💕🇦🇺

I've never been stuck but that's one of my fears about ferris wheels. I couldn't do the one with sliding cars at Disneyland. Had to do the non-sliding one with my daughter...and I was relieved when it finally came to an end.😨
I recently saw a viral video of a ferris wheel that seemed to start tipping. A dude ran over to steady it...which could have been dangerous for him if the wheel had fallen over but a bunch of other spectators joined him. Someone commented that their policy is to stay away from attractions that come out of trailers and are assembled by potentially drunk carnies.😬

Extension looks great! I'm finally coming home to AB to see my folks (2 years away!) Can't wait to come to the shop. Will be the highlight of my trip...but dont tell that to my family!

I can't get over how tall Jason is getting and in this video I notice Abagail is shooting up as well. It's true they don't stay small for long.

The horse race is my favorite game. Once I got told to get out of a game because I won 7 times in a row. lol
    Loved the Ferris wheel view.

Great to see things slowly getting back to normal! Good old Fort Edmonton Park my wife’s brothers both worked there for there summer jobs they loved dressing up in period clothing! Now a stop at story-land valley zoo is in order!

The Amusement park was fun to go through. No CNE this summer again in Toronto. It's very missed.

That was fun to see ya getting time off to do some family stuff. Those legs were perfect for that game.

I'm with Melissa on the ferris wheel ride. I was very unsure about the safety of one our family was on, when I was 7. I panicked so much that they begrudgedly got off early and where cross with me. About 2minutes off the ride and the wheel fell over. The family shut up and said nothing more about it...
