2015 Silverado "The Mistake" time lapse rebuild. 78 hours in 20 minutes

  • Here is a different angle on the "Mistake" rebuild. I had the footage so why waste it? The real time videos provide much more detail if you are just tuning in. If you just want the short version, here it is!

I think I will do the time lapses as a recap on the big jobs like this one. I can see how it ties all the videos together. Thanks for watching.

LOVE the real time videos, but I'm happy with any. I have to admit, I was one of the keyboard know-it-alls who thought you were NUTS, BUT, after watching this project from start to finish, I'll never question your sanity again! Your methods and the QUALITY of your work simply speaks for itself. Its nice to watch someone who takes series pride in the work. Cheers Bud!!!

Great series...you do great work. I watched the whole series for the truck. You definitely have the touch and the eye for detail it takes to piece everything together and get it done right. You also make it look easy. I would definitely recommend you to swap out a frame or pull a cab for service. Chicago proud.

You asked for my 2 cents so here it is. This has been my favorite build by U so far. I am a truck nut anyway so go figure. I watched and saved all the vids. to this series and have gone back and reviewed as time has allowed. I absolutely love the series due to the details, but it really ties it all together with the time-laps here at the end. Really makes the story complete the sum of all parts as it were. God Bless You and the Work of Your Hands. May Y'all have a Happy and Blessed Easter. Remember where you hide the eggs the become little stinkers !!!!!! Salute

It's one thing to be able to mechanically do a job like this. Knowing how to do it and "in what order" raises it to a whole new level. Yet still getting it done and making money at doing it is another facet to be able to master. Lastly doing the "high quality" of work that you consistently demonstrate puts you in the elite mode for sure. Thanks for all you do! Jim.

So I found you on accident and watched this entire series and thought the way you did the repairs (no music, commentary on what you're doing) was 10/10. When you pulled the quarters out intially for the money you made I was actually pretty upset you made that little then you pulled the rest of the money out so nice bait and switch there!
My only request is do more of these videos! They're actually really informative and it's really nice to see the correct way to repair a vehicle.

I like a time lapse as a review of everything done. It orders it in my mind better.

I have known some over achievers in my life time and you Sir are very near the top, I know its not really work when your doing what you like to do and you make it look so easy but as your shirts say repeat repeat repeat, keep it up

I did watch the entire series on this truck as you posted the videos. Going back to the beginning and seeing how bad this thing was when you bought it really makes it even harder to believe how great it turned out at the end. There are a lot of negative guys out there that think rebuilding a "total loss" is a waste of time, you've definitely proven them wrong.

Thanks for watching it all. It drives great, I can't go back to my old truck. lol People just believe the brainwashing they received without question, it is easy to prove them wrong. Thanks for the support.
