      How it is the practical process of making the local service suppliers (i am about mold removing) sign up, what does it mean exactly? And how will i give quotes to the interested clients (that want mold removed)? I am total newbie and i am looking for all details possible to start. The website is up, domain bought, looking for a way to get a US number that i can use from abroad.

      @@WanderlustChronicles00 this is the hard part. You need to both focus on marketing to the suppliers/contractors and also driving advertising to the end users. You will have to try different things.

    I love this! I just have a quick question for you, how do you transition from a freemium model to a priced in model (i.e going from charging just 5 bucks a lead with feedback to 200 bucks a lead without feedback?) what factors do you consider when making this transition and how do you communicate this to your customers

    • @InvestToLive
      @InvestToLive  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I think it’s a question of value and volume. Is the product worth the $200 and is there enough volume to have parties competitively pay it. Communication, I think it’s important to say “As we have seen our service grow and the value we deliver create so many opportunities we are moving to a new pricing model”. Make it a bigger and valuable email of course.

    Hi, was impressed with your video! I am now considering starting a lead gen business, but i have a couple of questions. Love to hear your opinion in it: Do you contact the business before you collect the leads? If the business agrees to the leads, do you sell them a spreadsheet of the emails? If you have multiple companies to sell leads to, how do you divide the list up? Sure these are basic question, but i am completely new to all this.
    Great content and ill be checking out more of your stuff - Thank you

    • @InvestToLive
      @InvestToLive  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey, thanks for stopping by. The answer is that it sort of depends on a number of things but ideally I would test the market. Pick a local area, reach out to a few business you want to sell leads to and tell them the plan. Ask what they would pay. Then go and try to find the leads. This way you can test the idea. If it works, there are diff ways to scale but in the beginning I'd do something like.... "a lead cost X amount and the companies will have a budget of Y" and you send it automatically until you hit the budget.

      @@InvestToLive Thank you for the valuable feedback. You are teaching about B2C, correct? Hi Sean, really excellent video!
    Just 3 questions I have around it please.......
    1. How many leads would you typically send to a client/partner on a monthly basis?
    2. When they "buy" the leads from you do
    they then own that lead forever?
    3. Is there a potential conflitct of interest using more than 1 client if you sell thw same data/leads to 2 different clients within the same niche. I.e. 2 septic tank companies that might contact that person offering ongoing maintence services.
    Apologies if I have misunderstood anything but super video explaining everything 👍

    • @InvestToLive
      @InvestToLive  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great questions, and the answers are not necessarily always easy. Here goes. 1. I would treat this like a product and have an agreement upfront where you could charge per lead or for a certain amount in a timeframe. 2. Up to you, you can make them exclusive or not. 3. As long as you lay out how it works there should not be an issue. The goal is to also make sure the potential customers get the best service as well.
