My problem isn't really the A2P issue, it's the fact that you have to use new phone numbers for established businesses. You could use forwarding on the inbound calls, if the client's phone provider offers that feature.

Yes, I still highly recommend doing an initial zoom onboarding session to get clients acquainted with the software and make sure things are setup the right way!

Yes you do need a2p to set this up, I've just checked with go high level. I personally think this is a right pain in the ass, considering its only for inbound calls, its rediculous. And the proof they are asking for, passport, government ID, feel like a criminal. And, I cant see a small business going through A2P register. What a great shame to be honest, this would have been a great service to sell to small businesses.😒

You only need A2P for texting, not voice as of now. I’ve worked with the founders on this so def a huge opportunity at the moment
