If you guys are curious about why will drew the clock like that- he has spatial neglect which is a real neurodegenerative condition that can develop if someone has a stroke, severe seizures, brain tumours etc…just shows how severe his illness is getting 😭

Jake doing nothing to ACTULLY help will drives me crazy he likes to remind will that he can leave any time but he knows he won’t because he’s “saving lives” (a phrase jack keeps saying first) with the added bonus that jack is e one who first brought him back when he knew will wasn’t stable and basically giving him a fast pass via hannibal to get him back in the field

That's true. Besides Hannibal, Jack might be the most responsible for what's happening in this show. He also has alot of traits that I enjoy watching, so I'm conflicted still 😂

Will had no support system, and season 2 it's even worse 😭 At least he's hip to Hannibals games tho

2:12 one of my mom's colleage has a pet lovebird. During the pandemic while everybody had to work from home she noticed she hadn't heard her bird chirp for a while, so she tried calling and looking for it. She checked every cupboards and drawers in the house, and finally found the bird in the fridge. Turned out her bird flew into the fridge when she was getting water and got stuck because she closed the fridge not noticing her bird's in there. Luckily she noticed the lack of chirping pretty quick, so her bird is still fine.
My work colleage also has a pet lovebird. Her bird nicknamed her Pew Pew and it's her username for almost everything. The vids of her bird calling her Pew Pew are super cute😊

The clock drawing thing seems wild but it actually can happen to people. Idk about encephalatis but it's smth that can happen to people with altzheimer's, there's actually videos of ppl with alzheimer's doing that :( Will's isn't even unrealistic, I saw an elderly man attempt to draw a clock and it was just this abstract shape, nothing to do with a clock. It's sad and scary, I first learned about this test from this show actually
That is really sad and scary! It's nice that the show makers had some knowledge of this stuff tho. Nice little touches like that made the show great

Yeah, this show really pretends to be a police/fbi procedural for a bit, but it sheds that mask pretty fast. 😊
I don't think that Will thinks he has the same thing as Georgia, but he feels a bond with her because he thinks he also has something wrong with him, and seeing things that aren't real.
13:36 it's Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, a whole leg of premium bone-in Spanish ham. The way the ham leg is placed resemble a leg of a ballerina.
The food stylist described it as a "buttery nutty melt-in-your-mouth ham" and "it is the Rolls Royce of Spanish gastronomy."🤤
She had to order the whole leg to be imported from Spain, and the hoof has been removed to comply with import regulations, so she had to built a fake hoof out of wax. She mentioned that it's sth she thinks Hannibal would do. Presentation is a big thing for him, after all.

I always saw this as an example of every day evil. Hannibal is a whole other level but medical malpractice is real and there has always been a history of doctors using vulnerable patients to further their career
I think Hannibal likes to see how far every day people (even Jack) are willing to go
