I got out of mine cause I legitimately believed it was a carjacking attempt and I was about to be engaged with multiple assailants and I did so with a drawn handgun. After a huge legal challenge where I lost a serious amount of money I installed a dash cam. Next time I’ll have evidence to back up my case

Lane splitting is only legal in California. It is illegal in all other states.

I've often wondered just what went through some peoples mind when they get stupid in traffic and road rage but the knowledge may in fact scare the hell out of me.
The dude at 3:39 was totally raging. This is the problem, everyone thinks they are right.
Number 8 Had a similar incident happen during Christmas. I went with my brother to pick up a Christmas tree. This large blob of a human came out of his vehicle, leaving his door open. The light had gone green, so my brother went forward, and it really messed up the guys driver side door. The police listed the rager as a fault for exiting his vehicle in an unsafe manner on a roadway. My brother got his front passenger panel repainted. Just remember to say "you were in fear for the safety of your passenger and yourself," Not saying it will work in all states but it will in most states.

5. You WERE road raging!
#15 at 10:13 Cammer literally sped up to block the other driver from getting in his lane. I know the car merging would have been fairly close to cutting him off if cammer had kept his speed, but the cammer speeding up to intentionally block someone for no reason is one of the main problem with drivers these days. I agree the other car is legally at fault for the accident, but this could have been totally avoided if the cammer put his ego aside and let the other guy in.

No he didn't lol! This is common excuse used by bad drivers that dont know how to merge and depend on everyone else to make room for them!! Cammer maintained his speed. As you can see his speed is clearly displayed in the bottom left corner. This accident could have been prevented if the merger would have just put his ego aside and obeyed the law by yielding to traffic with the right of way and waiting for a large enough gap in traffic before moving over.

The whole point of defensive driving isn't to not be at fault in an accident. It's to avoid the accident, something this guy was fully capable of doing

Turn on your hazard lights when someone brake checks you. That will warn drivers behind to slow down and not run into the back of you. Don't give the guy in front the satisfaction of getting you into trouble.

In the first clip. I drive the 279 in Pittsburgh. There is plenty of room to go around if someone stops and blocks the road. So, not sure why he just didn't drive around the 2 men who jumped out of the truck. Also, Pennsylvania is NOT a Castle Doctrine state like the person in the video posted.
I am from PA and it does have a limited stand your ground law which removes the duty to retreat in public only when a person is defending themselves against an assailant who is armed with a deadly weapon. Otherwise, a person has a duty to retreat in public before resorting to force in public. It was Castle Doctrine until about 2011 before the laws were amended and expanded

tell me you dont know anything about trucks....
nearly all of those trucks dont have "Park". Its not broken, there is no "Park Gear" in the transmission. they rely on the brakes to hold the truck. Airbrakes are failsafe, no air pressure means the brakes are fully applied. This truck had regular hydraulic brakes and uses a cable style emergency brake like regular cars/trucks/suvs. That "bang" was the cable snapping...
No the driver more likely didn’t push the parking brake after putting it in neutral. These types of trucks don’t come with a parking gear.
Vehicles with manual transmissions don't have a Park gear. The proper way to park is with the transmission in gear and the engine off.
