I like your videos, informative, and no brain-sucking obnoxious "music" that many seem to feel is necessary - silence, talking, engine and wind noises are very good options.
Great video ! I fly a Challenger as well - almost the exact same setup. Recently , I have been trying to improve my PJ2 hand held radio reception, which is usually okay, but when multiple planes are are talking , the interference can get terrible for some reason. I noticed you changed your antenna, and it seems your reception is pretty good. Can you comment on the difference your new antenna made and also, how you mounted it ? I am curious if that design you have requires a ground plate or can it be attached directly to fiberglass ?? Thanks again for your videos !
If I am interested in an introductory flight in one where can I get one? I used to fly a Cessna150 in the 90's. Did not obtain my license. Had 38 hours in and FBO went out of business. I am also thinking about looking into a Merlin Lite
Just depends if its runway heading or not but for me the most important thing is how long will it take to get back my bird is slow into the wind! But 10 11 12 idk depends on the day. It's definitely different than in a 172 or something lol
Great video!!!! This makes me want to go train in the D airspace 25 miles to the south of me. This is what I like to see us little birds interacting with ATC plus the other chatter on the radio. Looks like a nice little airport to go do pattern work with ATC and other traffic. I need to get back in the air but between the weather and the new secret project plus life I'm just plain busy. Great Job on the video!!!!!!!
Honestly I'm not 100% sure how to get an N number if you were not the builder of it. Mine was already N numbered so I just did the regular registration paperwork!
Great video! Don’t you love it when you are trying to tell us something, and the radio chatter goes non-stop…🤣
Story of my life lol
Awesome flight jon.
Thanks for watching! This was a fun video to make!

Yea I'm not big on music! I talk enough I drive myself crazy 😆 thank you for watching
Its dark because of the bright sky behind you.
Super cool bro,was wondering where ya been! Glad your back!✌️#TheMainePilot!✌️
Thanks man!
Great video! Very informative/educational and just as important, enjoyable!!
Thank you I love these types of comments it's why I do these!
Its also about the fact that your engine sounds different then anybody else, thats what gets attention, then they see you and go , huh whats that?
Yes that's probably the biggest draw for sure!

Whats your go/no go for winds?

Don't let the busyness stop you it's fun! Now you will have two planes to choose from 😆
I fly a challenger with just about your exact same set up. It's fun to see the plane comfortably lift off before the threshold.
Yes I agree! And I was trying to extend it to look normal lol
Nice! For you tail number did you have to go to the FAA in order to get your tail number. I have a challenger 1 but no log book of the plane.
