In theory, the Pika Pika no Mi or Zushi Zushi no Mi are the strongest if you apply real world physics. Traveling at the speed of light and being able to think a the speed of light while being conscious, (probably the only way you are able to travel that fast) would be mindblowing and nobody could even react to your attacks. Quite literally blitzed. There’s also theories that traveling at light speed would slow down time for the person. Meanwhile the Zushi Zushi no Mi could cause universal destruction depending on how much it scales. Like imagine being able to control a fundamental principle of physics, gravity. You could invert people’s guts from inside out, create black holes, and even cause another big bang.
If I'm not mistaken, it was said that the Phoenix is also immortal when it is activated due to his regenerative ability. But if I remember it clearly, he can't regenerate/heal completely destroyed organs. Also he was limited by his stamina, otherwise he's an OP character.

*people keep saying phoenix fruit is good because it has abilities that of logia,paramecia and a zoan type fruit but there are fruits like venom fruit which are similar if not better, for example venom has the properties of all fruit types just like phoenix but in an added bonus it has insanely toxic poison. We dont have confirmation on this and it probably wont be that way. Its said he can fight in whatever way he can imagine, not somehow bend reality. I read somebody saying "he could imagine the enemy to be dead and he'd instantly die", which obviously would never happen. The fruit has limitations as any other DF does, its just way broader

Traveling at the speed of light and being able to think a the speed of light while being conscious, (probably the only way you are able to travel that fast) would be mindblowing and nobody could even react to your attacks. Quite literally blitzed. There’s also theories that traveling at light speed would slow down time for the person.
Meanwhile the Zushi Zushi no Mi could cause universal destruction depending on how much it scales. Like imagine being able to control a fundamental principle of physics, gravity. You could invert people’s guts from inside out, create black holes, and even cause another big bang.
If I'm not mistaken, it was said that the Phoenix is also immortal when it is activated due to his regenerative ability. But if I remember it clearly, he can't regenerate/heal completely destroyed organs. Also he was limited by his stamina, otherwise he's an OP character.
