Don't use it and don't charge. 😂 Every phone gets hot while playing 38-42 temp, I think it's normal.
My Xiaomi Mi 10t pro 5G doesn't even heat up with 90fps and I don't even need phone cooler😂

Heyy!! I have been using this phone for past 2 months....please don't spread wrong information.....I haven't faced any heating issues....phone gets warm while gaming which is completely normal....other than that I personally did not have any issues....will definitely update if found any

The overheating issue is common for the yellow color version of poco x6 pro. Because the synthetic leather traps heat than the plastic one.
i extremely doubt that. why would they even consider using fake leather if that could potentially harm the phone and the user lol. If anything's a difference it would be soo marginal it's negligible

You might be doubting it, but on 100% CPU usage it makes some difference in the heat unfortunately. That leather back kinda traps the heat more. The CPU of the black one is 3^Celcius less than the yellow back for more than 30Minutes in Stresstest.

i used a poco X3 pro for 2 years and it got warmer than my X6 pro that i have now, neither had any performance problems during their lifecycle, of course i've never ABUSED it, like charging and playing and intensive game, just be nice to the device

India heat + gaming in max settings. Of course it overheat. People are stupid these days. It's not phone fault, it's user fault.
Depends on the user and the users weather location (hot or tropical country) it will be challenging but I have a damn poco f1 (6 years) and x3 nfc (4 years) and still works.
Heating issue? Like most all phones.
Specially if you play games with the damn max graphics. And if you really take care of it, it's not that bad and will lasts.
Take note I play games like 4 to 5 hours everyday before with my poco f1 and x3 nfc. Yet they work fine. Battery life isn't that great because of how long they are used in years.
So it really depends on the user.

It is a great device but,I'm now fetching a problem that i stuck in the boot loop saying encryption failure.This happened to me twice when my storage hit up 400gb . So don't let your storage full. If this problem
happened to you , you have to wipe all the data. And if someone fetch the same problem let me know.

Poco x6 pro has powerful Processor yet the build quality is china cheap 😂 that's why it heats so bad even the optimization can't even lasts long, overtime the software can't optimize it's powerful Processor to have good cooling system

All poco phones have heating on heavy gaming. So if you don't buy a phone cooler fan, I won't recommend poco for heavy gaming.

I have both. Obviously if you push the settings to the limit, then it will heat up, it's normal for every device. It doesn't quite have an overheating issue. It heat up like any performance phone of that price. Ultimately it worth the price.
I would have supported you if you said the battery sucks. The battery could have been better, but I won't complain as we're getting a high performance phone in that price. To get something you have to sacrifice other things. This is quite applicable for phones even if you are rich.

3. Clear background apps
4. Turn on DND
5.dont overuse the phone and let it rest for minutes or after overheat

Don't use Wildboost when playing long and demanding games. If you want to play a long yet demanding game, you should use balanced mode. Primarily do not use Wildboost when the room temperature is too hot for the phone.

I am using the spectre black version with 8 gb ram and it was certainly heating up much less than my friend's phones (Redmi note 13 pro, Oneplus nord ce4 and iphone 15) even tho i had higher graphic settings selected. It must be the yellow version's problem

I have a heating issue on that phone. It heats up faster than my F3. But overheating issue? My phone did not throttle while playing my games so far so I don't think it is an issue. Also, I played both F3 and X6 Pro on similar hot environments and my F3 did but rarely throttle while X6 Pro had none.
But I did not choose the yellow version because I heard that the yellow one has heat conduction issues.
I don't understand at all how people overheat their phone..when they know how the weather in their place..if it hot don't ever use your phone to play game without a fan cooler..also don't use your phone in direct sunlight..I use Poco X4 GT with chipset Dimensity 8100 for 2 years now my phone never overheat..never ever use your phone too play game or watch video or TH-cam and others thing in hot condition indoor or outdoor, especially in direct sunlight...

Yes you can definitely go with the poco phones now because the motherboard issue was only on poco x3pro because of that many people had get motherboard issue but the poco had provided replacement and next phone they have launched they give 1+1year additional warranty just to ensure safety recently launched x6 and crypto does not have any issues and x4 and x5 series and f5 phones also does not face any issues right now one or two Phones may be defective that happens with every brand and iPhone also thats not the thing.the company would not want to repeat the mistakes further otherwise the company can bare huge losses and now they are promised 3years of os updates and 4years of security patches just practically think now the poco phones has no issues you can buy I have also planned to buy poco x6pro
