Depends entirely on the driving. If I am shifting well and under revving the engine then I get upto 50 kmpl. If I go rash and rev the engine hard then it goes down to 35.
@@Awesomemayankk it's a commuter bike with race performance. Oh does the ns or duke have dual channel abs or a slipper clutch. The only downside if rtr 200 is the absence of 6th gear and less power engine compared to ns200 which has an engine based on Duke 200. Rtr 200 is a budget performance bike.
I liked 200 4v 2.0 version.. And wanted to buy it.. But I want to buy FI + ABS in one bike.. That's the problem . Why you have no option FI+ABS version..?
i waited for 6 months for my matte blue apache , its worth waiting and although matte grey is available , its just a feel you know , waiting a few time is not a big deal, im glad what place you belong to so that they are unable to supply the bike u want

Hey TVS, just tell me one thing.. If you don't have capacity to produce and supply bikes in India, why this much show off. I was willing to purchase my first ever bike as apache 180 ABS. most of the dealers were unable to supply... left alone the matte blue color... They told me way back in january that RTR 200 is coming. Its June now and after every call, dealers tell me to wait again for next 15 days.. I walked on foot, traveled by auto but never gave a look to any other bike as I was determined to purchase apache as well as the because of hype and false satisfaction by dealers that it will come soon. If it had been clear in the January that till July it will not available, I will not bother for such a petty issue. Thanks for killing my time to call dealers and wait for the bike. You left a good impression on a first time customer...
it's almost impossible to neutral the engine while stationary in traffic !!! even the service guy is not helping to fix the issu.... waiting my warranty to expire for seeking third party help!!
add is super, apache features are super, but in power and top speed pulsar ns 200 delivers more, and people review are the same. apache is very much genuine in mileage even after 13 yrs my apache rtr 160 gives 45 - 50 kms and super acceleration smooth speed. we are apache fans.
Why has the TVS not improved the speed for this bike? ....and the missing sixth gear , the lack of these features pull the rtr back in a competition with other Indian bikes
I think tvs has to provide us 6 speed gear transmission in apache rtr 200, thatswhy I am waiting for TVS Draken, it will comes with 6 speed gear transmission, oil cooled radiator and 250 cc

If it is a race oriented bike then why does it always fail in every drag race videos against any other bike of the same caliber be it pulsar 200 series or ktm 200 or fz25?It should be marketed as one of the finest city commuter motorcycle with pretty impressive mid range, then it would have done justice to its actual character.
