Only thing is i would want to solder and heat shrink those connections instead of vampire taps on the relays. They tend to cut the wires rendering the circuit half as efficient or become loose and cause hotspots in the connectors and drop voltage. They are well hated in the racing world . Awesome video though!

Did you use 2 or 3 wire switches?

What gauge wire did you use 18 or 20

So if your switches are off... do the fans stay off? or still come on with teh A/C or temp, but you have a manual Bypass "on demand"... or are the fans ONLY on if you toggle the switch?

Factory settings still kick on this is just to force them on when you want

Wait, I'm a bit confused. My toggle switch has 2 connectors. One to the relay wire and the other to ground?

Great vid. Thanks for posting it! Where did you get that small dual toggle switch? I can’t seem to find anything similar. Also, how many feet of wire did it take to run from the switches up to the fan relays and ground?

I'm taking it that you ran 4 wires all together. 2 to the relays from the switches, and 2 from the ground at the switches to a body/frame ground?

Hi Michael. So by wiring them up this way will anything get hot like the relays or fans, wires ect. Can i run them as long as i want with out melting anything? Im just asking because when im using my ac the condencer fan has to be on at all times right? Or if im wrong please educate me on this. Thanks

I have done something similar to this but instead of splicing into the wires I just inserted the wires running off from the switch into the terminals of the fan outlets where those wires he is saying are located and I've noticed after running the fans for some time you will feel heat from the wires leading up to your toggle switch but kept the car running cool.

Would have been a # 5 vid if u would have showed how & to where each wires went, from dual toggle switch to each relay & what wires went to ur grnd. best, GE. Plus what parts & where purchased

Why not just run a wire from battery to fan just to jump it ??? If it's working, then just run a hot and ground to toggle switch,,,
