short haired girl here! just cut off all my hair into a pompadour. this hair tutorial definitely helps with styling. i was completely clueless! thanks from a new customer😉
I've been going to a barbershop here in Tijuana for a few months and the barber sold me it and I really enjoy it. Glad I found your video because my spanish isn't good enough to ask particulars about this lol.
I’ve been researching a new hair product to move away from American Crew Fiber and this is it! Totally sold after watching this tutorial. The first guy in the chair has my same hairstyle. I’ve got thick straight hair, Ivy League style cut with a low fade - looks like this will do the trick! I’ve used the American Crew fiber for years but with my hairstyle now I wanted something that wasn’t so stiff but still water soluble. I’ve also started using a brush along with my comb which seems to move my hair in the right direction and make it stay put better than comb only. I tried crew’s pomade but didn’t like it, this Suavecito seems to do exactly what I need. Thanks for making this video!
Some people are just blessed with great hair. There's a lot of us here that wish we could just wake up and have our hair look like that haha. Thanks for watching!
We try and make sure our customers get as much help as they need when it comes to product knowledge so they can choose which product works best for them. Thank you for the support!
I just moved from gel and hairspray to Suavecito Firme. I like it. My girl couldn’t run her fingers through my hair, and now, she prefers the softer feel.
When I started slicking my hair back I tried a of different ones but would rub off after some hours I tried suavecito and definitely sticked with it since then
Thank you for the question. You can definitely do both of those if it works for you Samuel. As shown in the video David applies the pomade to damp hair and dry hair. We try to give our customers the best use options but in the end, it's whatever works for your hairstyle and texture. Try blow drying it both ways and let us know how it goes!
Suavecito Pomade the haircut of the first model in the vid. BTW, your product is imported by retailer all the way here to Thailand as well, this is awesome!!
We would call that a mid-fade side part. We try and deliver our products all over the world for everyone to enjoy. We're glad you're enjoying our products. Thank you for the support!
Did you changed containers? Because i bought directly from suavecito website but when i received the pomade there is no embossed suavecito at the bottom of the container.
Best way to use it have dry hands 🙌 and dey hair no water put little bit then slick hair then wet the brush only and it does a perfect job hair stays and it fixes faster then anything I’ve used before best thing ever hope it helps p
I've been using this product for a good 4 years now & i style my hair with a slick back. & it's true with your hair messing up especially during the summer on hot days. What i do NOW is i use this OG product & i also have the oil base suavecito too. BUT i use only a fingernail of the oil base to keep my hair slick. I slick my hair with the OG one with a comb with bigger teeth. Then i put the fingernail of the oil base all over that slick hair before using a comb with smaller teeth to look sharper. What's funny though is I'm Filipino, but when i slick my hair back, I'm mistaken to be a Cholo 😂🤣
It's good for all hair types. Depending on your hair cut and desired hold this could be the pomade for you or if you need something stronger to hold the curls then we suggest going with the firme hold pomade. Link below. www.suavecito.com/products/firme-strong-hold-pomade
I used the orginal Suavecito years ago and it was perfect. I bought some recently and I noticed it hardens after my hair dries (I use it when my hair is damp). I don't remember it doing that before and I'm not a fan of the almost gel feel. I like the shine but I don't want that much hold (the hardening). Which Suavecito product is more relaxed with the same amount of shine?
@@suavecitopomade I actually haven't. As long as it washes out fine and it doesn't harden / get crunchy, I would love to try it. You guys by far have the best scent which is why I want to find one of your products that works best for me
@@aaronrmac96 If you haven't used an oil-based pomade before then we wouldn't actually recommend it as it is a tricker product to use and can take multiple washes to get out. It's more of a build-up throughout multiple days type of product but it will give you flexibility and high shine. If you really want something that's more on the flexible and high shine then we recommend going with our premium blends hair pomade or maybe our firme clay pomade.
We would say it's about the same hold. The main difference is that it gives your hair a different look and feel. Hope that helps you. Thank you for watching.
for the first one Id explain it as a low-drop fade that tapers from bald to a 3 on the sides blended into clipper over comb while keeping decent weight in the back, with about 5 inches of length on the top for a natural part combover. more simply, a 1-2-3 low taper balded out at the bottom with a combover, keep the length on top, natural part. the second guy has a high bald fade with about 3 inches on top. 3rd guy had a disconnected undercut with a high fade and 4-5 inches of length on the top slicked back ~ Jacob Inzerillo, Student barber at COBA Anaheim.
Hello So I’m actually want a reply from anyone lol So my hairs curly, dulland long till my lips I want like a soft bouncy and and shiny any recommendations?
For curly or wavy hair, use suavecito firme hold pomade...i used that pomade for 3 years...n my hair is curly at front hair and wavy on the other side...n my hair was so fresh after used that pomade...try it👍🏻👍🏻
If ya’ll like trying new pomade peep pomade.com I’ve been buying from this site since 2013 and they have so many pomades from water based to oil based.
This is really helpful! I definitely feel more comfortable styling on my male clients using the OG pomade.

Been greasing for 6 years. I use Suavecito to lay down my sides. Other pomades don’t really do that for me but this does. Highly recommend this.

Got introduced to Suavecito by my barber up here in North Idaho, love the stuff been using firme hold for 2 years now
If u want to slick your hair back with the water base pomade, whats the best hair spray to use for extra hold without Flakes .
Greetings from Tijuana! I love this pomade. I've even tried my wife's pomade (suavecita) and it definitely works as well 😂 👍🏼👌🏼

1. Is that a fade or taper-fade haircut?
2. To recomb it, I have to wet the comb a bit right?
Thank you for the questions.
Which haircut are you refering to?
This is correct, you will need to lightly wet the comb or your hands to restyle.

Very cool. David is a good guy and a great barber.
Hey what haircut would the third guy be called? or what could i tell my barber to get a cut like that?
Disconnected Undercut with a skin fade.
Hipster youth haircut
I bought your hair pomade and I wonder whether it's more preferable to apply it on wet or dry hair ?
It can be applied either way it just depends on the look and style of your hair.
How would you describe the first persons style of haircut? I’m asking for the length of sides and on top. The kind of fade as well!
Ty I was about to ask the same question!!! We need your help!!!!
Just one question what do you have against the tortilla snot line of products
What would you recommend if I'm trying to do a men bun.
Step 1. Use firme instead
Only pomade I use is Suavecito Firme. Works the way it should.

my barber put me on with this! LOVE IT! Never going back to GEL. YUCK. Pomades and Suavecito for sure! Thanks for a great product!
Do u have to wash your hair with this product everyday or can i just rinse it without washing it and reapply product again?
Of course! It's water based so it washes out easily with just water. After a few days, you should definitely use some shampoo though.
Suavecito Pomade lmfao of course
Do u have to wet ur hair?
If you want a stronger hold we suggest applying the pomade to dry hair. For a smoother restyle we suggest wetting either your brush/comb or hands.
I normally add water not too much just enough being damp
When will they make a real wax base pomeade
They already have one
I got one of those and it is awesome
Thank you for the support! Always grateful to have another satisfied customer.
Is that possible with thin hair??
Hair looks fire 🔥
So my barber has a GIANT TUB of the suavecito. How can I get that one?
Calvin C go on the suavecito website, I think the tub is $70 lol
I'd go for a smaller one. I'm not sure if it will or not, but since it's a water based product I assume over time it might dry out on you.
I tried suavectio pomade lately, it doesn't really hold strong as others, instead it more like wet look and softer.

so the difference between this and hair gel?
The main difference is its flake-free formula. Also, it's a water-soluble product, meaning it washes out easily with water.
How do i ask for the haircut guy #1 has???????
