- हम माउंट आबू रोड पर स्थित ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय में पहुंचे हैं। हमारे साथ है योगेन्द्र जी जो पेशे से इंजीनियर है। यहां देश या विश्व का ऐसा सोलर थर्मल पॉवर प्लांट का माडल है जो और कहीं भी देखने को नहीं मिलेगा। इस प्लांट की खास बात है कि ये भारत में ही पिछले कई सालों की कड़ी मेहनत के बाद विकसित हुआ है और अपने यहां के इंजीनियर ने मिलकर मेहनत से ये माडल खड़ा किया है। सोलर थर्मल पॉवर प्लांट की खास बात ये है कि इससे बड़े स्तर पर खाना बन सकता है और इससे बड़े स्तर पर बिजली बन सकती है।
सोलर थर्मल पॉवर प्लांट से बिजली कैसे बन सकती है और ये कैसे काम करता है इसकी पूरी जानकारी देंगे योगेन्द्र जी। पूरा विडियो जरूर देखिए ये अनूठा वीडियो है शायद आपने ये तकनीक ना देखी हो।
आपने बताया कि ये जो सोलर थर्मल पॉवर प्लांट है इसकी तकनीक ऐसी है कि इसके मल्टीपल यूज है और सस्टेनेबल टैक्नोलॉजी है जो फोटोवालटिक टीवी पैनल वाली है उससे भी कहीं ज्यादा एन्वायरमेंटल फ्रेंडली है और सस्टेनेबल है तो क्या तकनीक है कैसे विकसित हुई। सबसे पहले तो समझाएं दर्शकों को कि ये तकनीक है क्या।
सोलर पावर प्लांट में दो टैक्नोलॉजी है। एक सोलर फोटोवोल्टेइक है और दूसरी है सोलर थर्मल। सोलर फोटोवोल्टेइक तो आपने देखी है जो अपने घरों पर लगती है। जो फोटोवोल्टेइक पैनल होते हैं जिसमें बैटरी लगती है। सोलर थर्मल पावर प्लांट दूसरी वाली तकनीक है। इस तकनीक का नाम है पैराबोलिक रिफ्लेक्टर विद फिक्स फोकस टैक्नोलॉजी। जैसे कि नाम है और हमारे प्रोजेक्ट का भी नाम है इंडिया वन सोलर थर्मल पावर प्लांट। जैसे कि आप देख सकते हैं कि इंडिया वन नाम इसलिए दिया है क्योंकि ये टैक्नोलॉजी दुनिया में पहली बार डेवलप किया है इसलिए इसको इंडिया वन सोलर थर्मल पावर प्लांट नाम दिया गया है। अब इस टैक्नोलॉजी के बारे में जानते हैं जैसे कि आप देख रहे हैं इसमें सोलर रिफ्लेक्टर है जो कि पैराबोलिक शेप में है इसको पैराबोलिक इसलिए बोलते हैं कि क्योंकि इसका शेप पैराबोला है और जो ये रिफ्लेक्टर है वो सूरज के साथ घूमता रहता है तो ये पूर्व से पश्चिम उत्तर से दक्षिण सारी मूवमेंट इसमें है। तो ये आटोमेटिक ट्रेकिंग है तो ये सूरज को फोलो करता रहता है। और इसके उपर जो लगा है ये मिरर्स है जिन पर आप रिफ्लेक्शन देख रहे हो ये मिरर्स है। जो ये मिरर्स है इसका एरिया लगभग 600 वर्ग फुट है। और ये जब सूरज की तरह मुख करता है तो सनलाइट इसके ऊपर पड़ती है। क्योंकि ये मिरर है इसलिए रिफ्लेक्ट करता है। क्योंकि ये पैराबोला है तो इसका रिफ्लेक्शन रिसीवर के फोकल प्वाइंट पर आता है। तो आप देख सकते है कि 600 वर्ग फुट एरिया को एक फुट डायमीटर में कंसंट्रेट किया है। ये कंसंट्रेशन रेशो की वजह से आप देख सकते है कि रिसीवर का टैप्प्रेचर है वो 1200 से 1400 डिग्री जेनरेट होता है। तो ये ऐसा टेम्प्रेचर है जो लकड़ी, कोयला व डीज़ल जलानें के बाद जो टेम्प्रेचर डेवलप होता है जो यहां बिना लकड़ी, कोयला व डीज़ल कुछ भी नहीं जलाना पड़ता है। सिर्फ सनलाइट को कंसंट्रेट हम वो टेम्प्रेचर लेकर आते हैं। और ये सारा टेम्प्रेचर इस रिसीवर के अंदर जा रहा है। अब ये रिसीवर की खासियत है ये सारा टेम्प्रेचर अपने अंदर आब्जर्व कर लेता है। और जो समाने वाली मैटल है उसका नाम है कास्टाइन मैटल। कास्टाइन मैटल के अंदर सारी एनर्जी स्टोर होती है। इसलिए हम इसको थर्मल स्टोरेज बोलते हैं या आप इसको बोल सकते हैं हीट बैटरी। इसमें दूसरी विशेष बात ये है कि इस कास्टाइन के उपर एक हैलीकल क्वाइल लगी होती है जो कि बायलर्स में लगी होती है।

This complex technique is being governed by a non government welfare society itself. Hence, operation is very successful.
Scalability is less. Solar panels can be mass produced.

This is a parabolic dish collector - one of the six technologies of solar thermal. I think this is the 1 MW plant installed in India. It's good to use for small scale and off grid but not feasible for large scale applications. The most efficient solar thermal technology is using parabolic troughs.

Sir woh no doubt renewable source of energy but its all applications depend on water. So you should also do tree plantation as well to get water source as much .

सर जी मैं यहां पर घूम के आ चुका हूं बहुत ही बढ़िया जगह है आध्यात्मिक केंद्र है और बहुत बड़े इस्तर पर यहां सोलर थर्मल एनर्जी के माध्यम से खाना पकाया जाता है डाल चावल और लॉन्ड्री आदि काम मैं इस एनर्जी का उपयोग किया जाता है यहां के इंजीनियरों को कोटि कोटि प्रणाम बिजली की बहुत अधिक मात्रा में बचत करते है
