Number 2 apartment is the preferred one for me. Of course There are constraints of long walks to the elevator and downstairs, but it looks pretty decent and comfortable with good natural lighting as well.

Lol...rent in the US is monthly Bro. That's why most young people sign up for mortgages which means they are effectively making monthly payments towards owning their own home, instead of simply paying rent.

I like the first one because of the price but I kinda like the lobby area that comes with 2,3,4 so for me I will take 2 the because I like d colored cabinet. Since you stay alone you can do 4 because of the price. My fav is 2.

For the number 4 apartment, i did not like the fact that the convenience is so close to the entrance door. There should be some sort of privacy for the bathroom. It shouldn’t be easily seen from the door since it is your personal convenience. Speaking from an Architect’s point of view 😃✌🏽

Ok so for me I love d 2nd apartment 😩😍 I mean look at the size and lightening of d kitchen, d bathroom cupboard, d large cloth hanger space in d wash up area (for people like me dat love clothes 😜😂), d gym amenities and all (peradventure I leave the shores amma love to be a gym gal cos I love d modello modella statue 😂😂) but sadly it's far from your work place 😩.
I prefer apartment 2 to 3 bcos of d black kitchen cupboards yeah! 😂 Its cool and unique to me.
Apartment 4 looks so small and clustering to me yeah but yes cheaper.
