Thankfully not to this level but my son was involved with an abusive, crazy dangerous female who when he finally said enough, gave herself black eyes & superficial bruises then lured him back to HIS house (he left to get away from her) then called police & claimed he had physically assaulted her! He was arrested and charged. Fortunately, I took possession of his phone. She proceeded to start sending him apology text messages admitting what she had done as a way to keep him, but she didn’t mean for it to go that far lol we were able to use her text messages in the court case which was thrown out. I say all this just to let people know. There are many females who are quite capable of methodically ruining a man’s life if they don’t get what they want.
I used to know a man who had his own home and he married a woman who was renting the house opposite him. They quickly had 2 kids. Then one day she ran into the street screaming. Neighbor called the cops. She accused him of assault. Ended in divorce with her keeping the house (because the court said the kids had to have a roof over their heads) and the man was literally made homeless , literally sleeping on the beach! At the divorce hearing, she produced a diary she had kept secretly every day since their wedding day, in which she wrote down evidence of his “unreasonable behaviour” eg that he had got home late from work or he had failed to take the trash out, etc. It was a diary of every little thing he had ever done to annoy her. All premeditated. Marry a man, get pregnant, throw him out, and take his house.
But she is a psych with a plan. After she bankrupted him. She didn’t want him around. The victim is Doug. She is a psycho, manipulator. She shot him in the back. The real victim is his grown daughter who lost both parents.

If she was the victim of dv - why hasn’t there been documentation revealing the systematic abuse - physical and/or psychological. She had a few minor scratches & he was unarmed. Sounds fishy.
