Battered spouse my ..... Jorge was battered but fought back..she told 911 dispatch she put him in the suitcase. I guarentee you she knocked him out with the bat and pushed him down the stairs. He called his brother earlier that night and he heard her crazy ass in the back ground starting her BS. The neighbors heard them fighting and she told the neighbor to keep quiet if he heard anything. She abused her ex husband too. Shes a violent drunk. I bet her lawyer is getting paid by exs money when he sold the house in 2023 and shes fighting for the alimony the ex husband quit paying. This case upsets me because she showed no remorse or empathy whatsoever. Shes a psychopath. Look how she treated all of her lawyers and the judge.

I think Owens will have difficulty pushing the battered spouse argument. Jorge’s brother openly admits to being physically violent to his girlfriend. But he said Jorge was not like that with Sarah. He said Sarah & Jorge were always arguing and yelling at each other. He also said Sarah was always hitting Jorge. They clearly had a dysfunctional relationship. Sarah was also charged with DV to Jorge but the charges were dropped. But Sarah filmed herself laughing at Jorge whilst he was pleading with her to let him out of the suitcase. She intentionally left him in the suitcase and went to bed to sleep off her drunken state. Proving reasonable doubt or Sarah’s innocence will be very difficult.

Sarah Boone is the girl who cried wolf, who would believe her if she made an accusation against this man. Maybe she’s met her match with this attorney.
