Very helpful. Thank you so much. I have LBD, which is pretty much the same, so your advice is valuable.

I am going to St. Louis on Sunday, thx for the tips. Italy is definitely something I would like to do eventually. I had the same bug last week, ughhh. take care!

Glad you were able to finally make your trip!! Good your symptoms weren't a big deal. I have a 13+hr flight coming up and my biggest concerns are keeping up on my c/l as I do get very rigid and getting some sleep on the flight as I will need it for such a long time on the plane.

Not sure if you wear compression socks but if you have issues with your legs or feet hurting with too much sitting, you will definitely want to wear compression socks. Last year my Husband and I went to Philippines from Orlando, Florida and it was about 20 hours between two flights, and on the way going I did not wear them and my feet hurt horribly. It was so long for a person with Parkinson’s to sit.☹️. But on the way back home, I did wear some and it made all the difference. Just a tip if you like it.😁👍🏼

I did the same experience like you. I live in Germany and went on Holidays to Ireland. Tool all my PD medicine with me and forgot my Selenium and zinc I take everyday in a high dose. So now I suffer like you with a cough and running nose.
    Recover soon.

My question too lol just back from Australia visiting from UK, 37 hours in the air, I start my PD meds next week when I see my neurologist so it’s been pure hell. One week home now and feeling a bit more like me, the new me that is.
