I think it weird that you hear everything talking about health so much and that it's luck one of our key players in Chet just finished his first season bc of an injury and then this year with the way they consistently rotate guys thought games they don't risk playing guys hurt and they are young ie keys to keeping you're TEAM healthy
That’s the point of getting someone like Gallonari. Gives you a guy to play when Hart Chet or Jwill needs a game or two off. Also is a great mentor for some of our guys considering his career as a shooter and power forward.
If we are going older man , re sign moose (muscala) he is a big and he also has improved a 3 shot ,i think he is better than dg

Leave it open or sign a backup big man. Need at least one backup traditional big for teams that have one. Gotta counter everything.
This I don’t disagree with, but I don’t agree with it for the Thunder. We are trying to run a 5 out style of offense so I traditional big man won’t benefit our system or play. It would make us worse. However a team like Dallas or Minnesota benefits from a traditional big man.

No, we have plenty of bench players.
I know, but it would be nice to give some of our young guys mentors to help with their game. An example is to do everything we can at some point to get russ and have him mentor Dillon Jones and Cason Wallace. Gallinari can do the same thing with J Will.

Derek Lively was better than Chet Holmgren in the playoffs, he is likely to take a bigger leap than him next season as well. This fact has been largely ignored by basketball pundits.

It’s not that we need him to play, more of a development guy for a young squad. Mentor for a guy like J will and our bench guys.
With Dallas getting Thompson the thunderless are going to need more scoring a shooter
the entire ream can shoot. that was their first year in the playoffs. they had no experience. They'll be better this year. We don't need another shooter if he doesn't fit our team
