I didn't like the joke about minimum wage either. There's too much classism in America already, and people looking down at minimum wage earners.
It's funny how a comedian can be excused for offensive stuff because "they're just jokes" but then get lots of remarks like "That's funny because it's so true".
Was she just kidding about the larger point that people touching her hair is offensive? No, and she wasn't kidding that minimum wage earners have something to be embarrassed about. That being said, Dulce rocks and no person says the right thing all the time. The rest of her show is phenomenal. I like writing but I'll stop before I go way overboard on a years old comment.

The people commenting about minimum wage joke probably body sham people so they don't see anything wrong with it, or it hits close to home because they are minimum wage workers themselves. Lastly, if they are hurt over the minimum wage joke they are not use to comedians. There have been many comedians that make and made fun of minimum wage/poor people.
