+luvmorrisey20 The trick is forgiving yourself. Something I am trying to learn. I hold onto my guilt and won't let it go. It stops us from moving forward. How do we move forward if we're holding on to the past. Prayer and humility is the key.

Nowhere is that truth more apparent than when we repent. We realize that God was always there, ready to welcome us back. Even when we turn our backs to Him, He never turns away from us.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am grateful to my Brother, Jesus Christ for his atoning sacrifice. I know that I can be forgiven for my sins and if I ask with a broken heart and contrite spirit the Saviour will remember my sins no more. I love the Saviour with all my heart... What a great and inspiring video!!

When we put God first, all other things fall into their proper place or drop out of our lives. Ezra Taft Benson. Last month I started putting God first, I now watch and listen to uplifting media. I read, pray, repent ... Something I have not done for 14 years. Families are what matters, we are children of God, meaning we are all family. I have lived so carelessly in blinding paths, but I have hope that we can be saved as we draw closer to Heavenly Father. Jesus suffered all of our pain, let's make it back home. Remember that the Holy Ghost is a God too and we are blessed with his companionship if we do righteous things.
There is someone I know that is addicted to heroin. I pray for her everyday because I love her so much!

I'd like to add my testimony that I have been forgiven as well after having done all kind of bad things. He is my Saviour, I am so grateful for His mercy and His longsuffering toward me. I bare my testimony that He lives and that his love reaches all of us, in His sacred name, even the name of Jesus-Christ. Amen
Just saw this for the first time & it brought me to tears..thank you for having the courage & the gratitude to share..sometimes i feel i dont deserve to be happy or be forgiven because of my past & when i see others pushing forward & allowing themselves to experience happiness/love/forgiveness it helps me to think that maybe I'm allowed too...thank you for sharing your experiences, we need to hear them, it's helps us, gives us hope & strengthens our faith.

I love this video. It shows that he is there, if you feel like he is not there you are not looking. When I saw this message it filed me with hope and peace. Sometimes I feel abandoned like he just left, but this message shows me that I am just not paying attention to the tender little miracles that happen through my life. Before I saw this message I felt alone, and now I know he is there watching and helping me through the different difficult challenges. I am still in primary and this even touched my heart. I know that he is there and I am never left alone. This message is amazing it brings so much hope!

This one really hits hard. I feel as though I'm a failure. And I felt as though I wasn't doing well enough. And I told the lord " I want to repent and be better. I want to follow you, even with all the trials I face. " And for all these weeks I've been telling myself " I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm not depressed I'm not sad. " Even if I was..and God knew it. Thank you. I want to be better thank you..
God is always with you if you dont belive in him one day you will think and belive about him in your life or in a mistake and never forget this and you shall always belive and have mercy and forgive

A true testament to The Lord and his love for us. He knows we are only human. He knows we lose our way, stumble, fall and make mistakes. But his love for is endless. His forgiveness knows no bounds. And we some times forget that he is always here ready to help us. Plus, Jesus knows what it is to be human living in a horrible world filled with temptations. Because he was here, he lived it. He understands us mistakes and all.
One of the best General Conference talks ever, which was given by Elder Cardon. As for the man in the story, I've read his account given anonymously before so it's very amazing to actually see him and his beautiful family

Thank you for giving us this video. I am trying to come back to the church and the happy and blessed life I once had, but I'm terrified of having to go through the heroin withdrawals. I went down this road before and I was foolish enough to travel it again so I know what's coming. I can't do it on my own though. I've tried. I am so scared of what is coming, but I have to clean up my own mess...
You don't have to. Christ can help you! This what the entire video--the entire gospel--is about! You don't have to go it alone. An dheavens, please talk to people at Church. They want to help you.

I believe God is everywhere, but someone once told me that God said *If you don't forgive those, then you won't be forgiven*. Why do we ask for forgiveness when we can't even remember what wrong we did? I don't understand.
