    Thank you sir. Barely owned my s5 for 5 weeks still haven’t even transferred it into my name and I got everything ie for stage 2, and looks like now I’m going dual pulley 🙃😂
    Thought owning a European car would keep me safe from modification. Having played with Silvia’s and gtrs my whole life. Bought the s5 as a daily, looks like I need another daily. Might just get a bloody van or something 😂😂😂

    Downside is that dual pulley will always make more heat, but you got that sorted already! Really big respect that you will make super cool videos of these tunes and HOW they work with that platform!! 😍💥 Keep up the good work and cant wait what numbers/rolls you can get with that DP!!

    Adam this pulley will not give you the power you want. There’s two issues. 1-This bolts on to the stock crank pulley, making the stock pulley even heavier and putting even more strain on the crankshaft. 2- Your stock crank pulley WILL fail, it splits apart into two pieces. 3-You should’ve went with a JHM or another full replacement light billet pulley that would help you produce more power/minimize the strain and parasitic loss from your crank shaft+you would replace your stock pulley and you would never have issues with it again.

    And a heat exchanger "mercracing"

    Not so much different...
    0-200 was around 18sec on stage 1
    0-200 now is around 17sec.

Running the standard dual pulley 93 octane tune by using 91 octane fuel and blending in an additional 10% ethanol to bring up the octane will give you WAY better performance. That and ensuring you have every cooling mod possible. You aren't pushing anything too much by running E20.

    • @VancityAudi
      @VancityAudi  24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Depends which platform you're referring to, but here's the general breakdown:
      Stage 1 - ECU/TCU tune with no hardware mods up to all the hardware mods, but with a stock downpipe & a stock turbo.
      Stage 2 - everything that a Stage 1 car would include plus an upgraded downpipe, but with a stock turbo.
      Stage 3 - everything a Stage 2 car would include, but with an upgraded turbo.
      In the case of a B8 on this video, Stage 1 is meant for a stock supercharger pulley ratio. Stage 2 is either a single pulley upgrade or a dual pulley upgrade. Stage 3 would be an upgraded supercharger.

      Dual pulley usually refers to an upgraded (smaller) supercharger pulley as well as an upgraded (larger) crank pulley. What IE now offers is a lightweight crank pulley that is large enough that you don't need to upgrade the supercharger pulley, and you still achieve a dual pulley ratio.
