How you can apply for a new Greenlight card
1. Open your browser and visit greenlight.com.
2. At the upper right of the screen, you will see an “Enter mobile number” field. Enter your phone number and click on the “Get Started” button.
3. Enter the confirmation code to verify your account, and then complete the registration process.
4. Enter your basic information, including name, mail address, names of the children who will get the Greenlight card, and your Social Security number.
5. Link your existing bank account details.
How you can replace a lost, damaged, or stolen Greenlight card
1. Open your browser and, visit greenlight.com, and log into your child's account.
2. Click on the Dashboard section of the account.
3. Open the card management page by clicking on "Manage Card."
4. A set of options will appear. Click on “Replace Card”.
5. You will then select the cause of replacing the card, and then you can complete the process by following the prompts.
Important to note:
• If your replacement reason is ‘Stolen’ or 'Lost,' Greenlight will automatically turn off the card after you complete the replacement application.
If your replacement reason is 'Damaged,' the current card remains active until you manually toggle it off.
