i lost weight by walking........i eat all the healthy food i want....but cheated too once in a while...when you eat healthy you dont crave...i also take a 50+ mens vitamin......i didnt have to walk fast just walk......ever see that girl who walked around her coffee table for hours and wore out her floor.....she had mental problems but she did lose the weight she wanted and got too skinny......and i had a friend who wanted to lose weight and she walked to work.......the sad part most people are afraid too eat after they reach their goal because they stop walking and want to sit around like they used too......once you reach your desired weight you can eat more to maintain, plus keep walking......of course im no dr so use your own judgement
No you’re absolutely right! So about 10 years ago I was SUPER FIT. I had gotten a trainer, I spent around 8hours at the gym a week, super strict diet. I was 140lbs of just muscle. Long story on how I got here, but you are 100% right. It’s possible to lose without a ton of gym equipment or membership. The diet has to be on point, and you still have to move, but completely do able. Congrats on your journey too! That’s awesome!!! 😃👍

im far from my goal.....but im better than i was......id give you a heart too if i could@@autumnbecomesme
