    Throughout the program, you have been building strength and endurance. This water workout will fatigue the muscles that you have worked to strengthen. It is a mostly time-based swim spa workout routine, with you performing each exercise for up to 2 minutes.
    “The whole idea is to burn you out and take you to a new level of discomfort,” swim spa specialist Ben Gilliam says. By pushing the limits of your comfort zone, you can see improvements in your fitness and get closer to accomplishing your goals.
    This swim spa workout can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home, and the only equipment required are the H2Xercise row bars. This swim spa workout routine is suitable for beginner exercises or those seeking a short, quick session.     The fourth swim spa workout routine of the 15/90 Challenge is focused on interval training. You can perform two to three sets of this workout depending on your fitness level. You can do this workout three times a week.
