I may be old from this video but Holy this was helpful even though i didn't need to download the Audio i was still able to place it correctly on where I accidently placed my audio to the wrong spot. This video helped me thank you.

sir, it does not work for me I am using Optiplex 780 right now, before I used 760 my speaker worked there but when I changed my PC and replaced my hard drive with installed Windows from optiplex 760 to 780 after that my speaker in not working but windows is working good kindly tell me what should i do to fix my speaker i try your way but it is not work for me thanks
I have same problem on MacBook 2012 pro mid I installed windows but can't install audio driver ❤
Wish I could help you there, but I have zero experience with MacBooks - I recommend a Google search or find other TH-camrs familiar with it

Mine doesn’t download it say’s couldn’t download-Network issue, but I can download other things and. It does not say the same, but also it says my support service is expired. Do you think it is connected if so how can I solve this, or is there another way I can get my sound, cause I recently purchased a computer speaker thinking I would be able to hear sound but not it still Doesn’t work. Please help.
Hey, Ghosty - sorry to hear you're having issues with this. When you go to the Dell Drivers page, it should automatically detect your PC. You don't have to have a current support service to obtain drivers. You can bypass 'Let Dell Automatically Find Driver Updates For You' by clicking on 'Manually find a specific driver for your Precision 7520' (that's my PC, but yours will come up if it's different than mine). Then you can search for whatever sound card driver you need. If you have Realtek, search for that. If not, search for the one you have. If you don't know, Click on Start and type 'Device Manager' and click on Device Manager. Go down to the Sound, Video and Game Controllers section and expand it. You will see your sound card listed there - mine is Realtek Audio. Yours might be AMD or something else. Whichever it is, you'll want to search for that driver. Let me know if this helps or you need additional explanation - thanks!
@@firewithfire ok so The only audio one that I had was the Realtek and it was a 2017 and I downloaded it, and installed and after resetting and logging back in nothing popped up and i also have to put my Ethernet back on.
@@ghosty6671 Does the sound still not work for you? Also, why did you have to put Ethernet 'back on'? If you aren't able to connect to WiFi and the sound isn't working, here's what I would do: 1. Check Windows for updates 2. If Windows is completely up to date - check for BIOS update
I can tell you how to do those, but Google search, or TH-cam search, will also get you the how-to's to complete those action items.

Hey, Picci - sorry, just saw this message. If it occurs on an HP, Lenovo, etc. You can find the Realtek drivers for that by doing a quick Google search. It's basically the same install, just for a different machine. You'll want to search for 'HP Realtek driver' or 'Lenovo Realtek driver', you know - whatever make your machine is. Make sure the site you go to is a legit site for your machine, ie. Dell.com or HP.com, etc. From there, you will get the driver and install. If it's a business laptop/PC, you may need someone with admin rights to download it for you. Hope this helps!

It's up to you to figure out what make/model laptop/computer you have and determine which site is best for you. Also, links have a tendency, especially in the IT world, to change. But, I appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

@@firewithfire don’t worry about it I think the integrated audio on my mother board died spent around 42 hours trying to fix it nothing worked
@@shaylaseymour512 Dang - that's a bummer! Sorry to hear that. If you haven't tried this, I recommend uninstalling drivers for the on board mic and then re-installing manually. Make sure Windows and BIOS are up to date first. Re-install the audio driver. Make sure other input devices are detached, or disabled in sound settings, before trying the mic again. Maybe you already did this, but if not it's worth a shot. Good luck!
