To all the ladies that wants to give up, that was me a month ago. So stoked on how I've progressed. This is something I never thought I'd be able to do. Now I just need to work on my pumping technique. I'm lifting my front foot when I pump not the heel of my back foot which means I'm still leaning to far back. Something to work on next time. Thanks to ‪@Mickfoil1‬ for being a patient teacher and videographer. I'm on my ‪@armstrongfoils‬ DW 6'3 , 795 mast, 202 tail. The first few clips I'm on the APF 1880 and the last one the 1675. Can't wait to get back into the sea to try another Downwind.
