Skynd never denied neither reaffirmed it. This simply doesn't play any relevant role for her career. There is no real meaning for "privacy" since it is definitely not private material. I cannot get these people that try to build up a glass bubble around the artists they like, when the artists themselves never mentioned nothing related to it.

@@davidear 100%, Марина Ортега и есть Скинд, посмотреть фотки - Форма зубов, черты лица: форма подбородка, форма губ, глаз, уши один в один. Мимические морщины. Скинд постоянно в париках, потому что короткие волосы Марины это позволяют, у обеих родинка на скуле на одном и том-же месте. Также фигура одна и та же. У Скинд на правом запястье трехполосное тату, у Марины тоже. Ну и соответственно голос, он у Марины специфический, его точно не перепутаешь. Например, 02:32 эта интонация прям и голос один в один Скинд.
Плюс она ранее в интервью у Фазера спрашивала как то или иное слово на английском, потому что не родной язык видимо.

Well... I disagree. To me Skynd is much more the "achieved" version of her art. Here you have, let's say, a great pilot ;)
Is this 100% that she is Skind vocal? I'm still struggling to find that out, even trying to compare the sound of vocals.
@@skatyna1 No, it is not confirmed, and even moreso skynd I think has asked that her fans protect her identity, so usually newcomers are even hushed about it by the ever vigilant moderating community, so no real use in even worrying about it. After a while it just didn't matter to me anymore, and I am not sure even if who this is, is SKYND. The personalities are just so different, and it don't really matter anyways.

@@colubrinedeucecreative .......Of course it's SKYND, they look and sound exactly the same, have the same mannerisms , tone of voice, facial expressions, vocal range, SKYND is just a more accomplished version of what she was doing previously, she did what a lot of songwriters do, created a larger than life image and, a story to go along with it, it's no different to what Marilyn Manson, Alice Cooper, David Bowie etc did, that whole "SKYND is my imaginary friend who taught me the darkness of the world" stuff is a fun narrative but anyone who believes it is really dumb.

I‘m Swiss german, I can translate:
Mod: how is it to sing „at home“, where you have grown up?
Marina: a beautiful feeling. I was traveling abroad and it’s like coming home to me. It feels really good.
Mod: Is it different to perform here, where you know a lot of people in the audience personally, than performing in other countries, where you don’t know the people watching you?
Marina: It‘s more difficult here, because I don’t wanna disappoint my family and friends in the audience.
Mod: You have grown up at „Obersee“ region (place at lake Zurich). Do you remember the time you started singing and your passion for singing and music?
Marina: Honestly, at my childhood home in Freienbach, in the attic of the house. I had a piano there. When I was 10, my nonno (grandfather) died and I wrote a song for him. That’s how it started and I‘m still on this passion.
Mod: As a musician you never stop your creative process and it’s very amazing to see, where you started and where you’re standing now. You need to progress as a singer?!
Marina: yes, as a singer you have to make a progress, find your own style. For me, this process took a long time, as I make music since 15 years now. But I take my time and I‘ll take time to find my style which I can present to my audience the way it feels right to me.
Mod: how difficult is it, to find a style that’s different from other artists? A style that makes you unique?
Marina: very difficult. But if you write your own songs, it makes you unique. You may have influeces from other artists, you can’t put that away. But writing your own music, putting your own style in it, makes you unique.
Mod: Where do you get inspiration for your music and songtexts?
Marina: that’s hard to say. Everywhere in life. I love to write about my dreams I have at night.
Mod: now I have the information about the band called „Peperoncini“, a choir where you and Beatrice were singing together. Now you’re standing here, both performing on the same stage. As little girls you were singing together - what kind of feelings do you have when you remember this?
Marina: beautiful memories! It was a big mixed choir, boys and girls. These were my first experiences at performing in front of an audience. And Beatrice was there, too.
Mod: our country can be very proud of a singer who started as a small girl in a choir and now performs at international stages! A big applause again please for Marina Ortega! Thank you!

Yeah, the SKYND theory checks out. Her mannerisms are even the same. Slightly more exaggerated as SKYND but the same none the less.
The short blonde hair, the facial features and so on... It is undeniable. But I do like this mystery around Skynd's ID haha Because she never told "I'm not her", she just ignores the speculations. For me it is awesome. It doesn't play any role for them nowadays, and I am pretty sure that Marina shall be very proud of her skills and multifacetting as an artist
I agree. It definitely adds depth to the character. The fact that she's also a race car driver is pretty awesome as well.
