He has all the strength to beat ninja warrior but he would have to practice the movement patterns. Of course the marine guy would do good when he has already competed 2 times and practices for that one purpose.
???????? Wrong, Austin does not have the finger strength, which is a big part of ANW. You can’t simply train finger strength overnight, your tendons don’t grow that fast.

I used some of the principles in your Bodyweight Bodybuilder 2.0 to create my program, and when I start going to the gym again I will keep most of my calisthenics routine. I got my insane forearm and grip strength from working in a saw mill stacking slabs of wood for 10hrs a day, 4 days a week. Talk about Shiitty jobs. This was definitely a part of my life I’ll never forget. Taught me how strong I am and how soft I was. Ahaha

When I am 60 yrs old I want to do 60. I held the record in boot camp when I was there. I would compete with other platoons
