BAGYO KA LANG, PINOY KAMI! In English translation "We are Filipinos and you are just a typhoon!". Meaning, no one can beat or put a Filipino down not a strong typhoon nor any calamities and disasters. In Manila and in some areas in the Philippines had a constant of flooding whenever typhoon comes and the Filipinos already used to it. What they do instead of staying at home and make fuss out of it they go out and have fun in the flood. They treat the flood as a swimming pool, most Filipinos loves to swim even if some of them don't know how to swim, lol!
Filipinos are very positive. We treat problems like rain. We don't get umbrellas to avoid getting wet but we rather dance in the rain. That's life. Proud Filipina here! ❤️
Philippines is situated in the Pacific Ring of Fire, hence it is visited with disasters such as typhoons, low pressures which causes flashfloods. In this regard, the country is used to these disasters. It's heartwarming to see positivity in the midst of these even if the possible damages could be worst.
Even the buildings are designed with flooding in mind. Concrete blocks, stucco, and concrete floors are common building materials. If it floods, you just clean the floor and walls. No dry wall to replace. No ruined carpet. In many other countries, a flood would require major repairs. There, many buildings just need a cleaning and they are habitable again.

They might look stupid but Filipino always do things that make them happy specially when they're with their friends. They always have a positive mind whatever happens in their life, always enjoying small or big things. But it has good long term effect because since you get sick often your immune system will learn from it so basically your immune system gets stronger. Tho I don't wanna do it because of how I was raised

This is what Filipinos are...We just laughed at any problems we encounter every single day.In the end of the day we don't know when will the problems come in our lives and we can't control it.All we can do is to accept that problem, laugh and smile because there is no problems without solutions.I think that's what our mindset is.We believe that the problem is just anywhere and everywhere we just need to accept them❤️
