I don't understand why some ,like you play loud music while speaking. This is nuisance. You are copying some others without considering if it is good or bad!

8 year goat keeper here. The offensive odor in Billy Goats is actually caused by them spraying urine on themselves when preparing for The Rut. The only other scent glands on goats is at the base of their horns at the back. I have never seen scent glands on or around the tail of my billies or nannies.
(only thing you got wrong. Good video overall! Nice work!)
Also, excellent in catching their different battle techniques. Funny they call them big horn sheep because their battling is more goat like!
finally, goats may have independent natures but trust me when I say, once you have earned a goat's trust, you gain their loyalty for life! My goats are trained for fence free grazing. When I call them, they come home promptly. Sheep often need a dog to herd them.

Can their character difference between sheep and goats? Jesus compared them to nations in the last days that he would have sheep and goats, so there has to be a difference in their character.

@@peggyvorse1461Goats are independent puzzle solvers with a greater affinity for self preservation but with an insatiable curiosity that can at time get them in trouble.
Sheep are very hive mind like and not very independent, if one goes they all go, even if into the jaws of death. Jesus called us his sheep and he the Good Shepherd NOT as a compliment. Ever work with sheep? They are stupid and constantly looking for ways to get into trouble and or die, just like humans constantly looking for new ways to sin.
Jesus was referring to Sheep and goats as ALLEGORY in the last days. Not as a critique of the animals. In ancient times, sheep and goats were raised together because you could maximize on profit for what grazing land you had by running a Grazing species and a browsing species as they didn't compete for the same food BUT at the end of the day, they would still be separated unto their own kind because people knew and respected they were distinct animals.

The image for this video has a ram as the goat. Given that rams are sheep, I don't think this video is the most reliable source of goat/ sheep information

Goats and sheep are different tribes within the subfamily Caprinae of the family Bovidae, sheep (tribe Ovini) are constituted by twelve extant species within three genera, the twelve extant species of sheep are the Eastern Aoudad (Ammotragus ornatus), the Western Aoudad (Ammotragus lervia), the Himalayan Bharal (Pseudois nayaur), the Chinese Bharal (Pseudois szechuanensis), the Dwarf Bharal (Pseudois schaeferi), the Helan Shan Bharal (Pseudois helanshanensis), the Mouflon (Ovis gmelini (cladistically including the Domestic Sheep (Ovis gmelini aries))), the Urial (Ovis vignei), the Argali (Ovis ammon), the Ozu (Ovis nivicola), the Manitou (Ovis dalli), and the Tuku (Ovis canadensis), while goats (tribe Caprini) are constituted by nine extant species also within three genera, the nine extant species of goat are the Western Tur (Brachyceros caucasicus), the Eastern Tur (Brachyceros cylindricornis), the Markhor (Aegoceros falconeri), the Occidental Ibex (Capra pyrenaica), the Alpine Ibex (Capra ibex), the West Asian Ibex (Capra aegagrus (cladistically including the Domestic Goat (Capra aegagrus hircus))), the Central Asian Ibex (Capra sibirica), the Nubian Ibex (Capra nubiana), and the Walia Ibex (Capra walie), the biggest difference between goats (tribe Caprini) and sheep (tribe Ovini) is mostly the horns, goat horns are longer and tend to point upwards, while sheep horns are shorter and tend to point downwards or make a curved shape.
