He hasn't been able to work on it for about 3 weeks now and it is driving him crazy! He had to have foot surgery on the 21st of June. He may get a green light on July 23rd at his next appt! It is taking a lot longer than he anticipated due to having to work around the rain! We get a lot of rain here!
He is working on the roof today to get it finished and hopefully get the walls started. He is working against the weather. We are suppose to have rain and thunderstorms starting tomorrow and lasting a week or so. Plus on Friday he has foot surgery and will be out for at least a month to 6 weeks and has to wear a boot! Lucky him! I cannot wait for the outside to be done either then we can start working on the interior. We have so much stuff that was left at the house when we bought it like ceramic wood look tiles and those faux tin ceiling tiles. They are cooper colored and I am thinking about using them for a focus wall. I want to spray paint them then use a little sand paper to make them look shabby chic lol. Plus we have so much paint we got marked day at Home Depot. I love their Oops paint! And we have some sheet rock that was in a room upstairs. I love that we are able to reuse all these things left here! Plus it saves so much money!
Hello there! We are good! The she shed looks a lot different now. There is a roof and walls inside! It is hard to record as it is small! All the pallet board and sheet rock is up inside and we will be mudding and sanding then painting. Then we have to finish putting the copper colored faux tin ceiling tiles on the ceiling. They came with the house! And paint the floor. Also two of the old used windows are at the store getting new glass! Then hubby has to put something on the outside for siding. It currently has house wrap on it! On the other side two of our hens started laying Tuesday! So far we have 4 blue eggs and four deep brown eggs about a medium size! How are you doing?
Looks great can’t wait to see the finished product
