Still my most used gun, something about it just feels nice. Laser beam like all the other smgs, and the crazy reload time is really nice. Plus it looks cool, and what's even the point if your gun doesn't look cool.
Yeah, use it if you like it! Your gun choice isn't gonna be the diff between top and bottom of the scoreboard lol, but just gotta say there's better options out there
Ayy you made the pp19 vid! It's so good. Every stat tuned to the max except damage. Sadly, in this game you need damage. Despite having the longest range damage falloff curve of the SMGs, the mp5 still outdamages it until 53 meters! But I still use it because the long reload gets me killed much more often than one extra bullet required. It's just easy and fun on urban map flanks. You must be almost done with the weapon reviews now! Can you do the Honey Badger? I love that thing. Having an integrated suppressor without having to grind kills was such a valuable thing when starting out the game.
Getting clips for the honey badger, still unsure what I think of it overall, leaning towards "slightly bad" as the small mag size with quick rof hurts it's multi killing potential
@@ClippyTactical I definitely feel like the AS VAL does things a little better? Honey Badger feel like it's meant to be better at longer range, but then has the wrong recoil pattern. If their profiles were swapped they'd both be better.
I`m soon finished watching all your battlebit videos Clippy! I`m using G3 most nowadays, just because of the feeling that it is a real powertrain! Sure not the best by any means, but who cares:) Also used the AG3 alot over my years in the army, so a nice litle tuch there.
Nice, I think overall I'd say G3 is weakest weapon rn, much like how the PP-19 is a mix between SMG and AR, the G3 is a mix between DMR and BR - and the key bit is they're worse than anything from either category. G3's real stinker is the HK slap on dry reloading which makes me really dislike it combined with poor TTK!
yoo been waiting for the PP vid. I was in that Tensa Town game before the server went bust, my deaths even made it into the vid lol. Disagree on PP being trash tho, sure the damage drop off and ttk is bad on paper. But its a laser that hits fast, and the non-existent recoil just makes up for what it says on paper with how easy it is to hit headshots. All of which in my opinion makes it extremely versatile for alot of ranges. For example lasering (at a bit of range) a small head peaking through a window on Sandy Sunset before the guy lays down and bandages with M4 is much harder than with PP-19.

My issue is with the pp19 for Midrange cover to cover fighting is the instant Bullets to kill increase at 40.01m and also the weak 30 damage hs value (which is pretty much an average 5.56 AR bodyshot damage lol) The 30 dmg AR would deal 45 to the head, making it 1 bullet less for the headpeaker scenario you were going for These combine and would make me pick the AUG, F2000 or any of those long range ARs over it which is sad.
My fav gun, the first one I got 10k kills with. I don't have ultra fast reaction times like CatEat speed goblins, nor is my recoil control good. So I use positioning, audio cues and the long silencer to survive (and I still play aggressive as I dislike camping). I have a couple of 90+/100+ kills games with it (on Domi 64v64). The big question is whether the next big update will really increase TTK as promised, which could potentially make PP19 unviable. EDIT - Hipfiring with the PP19 is pretty awesome, so make sure to use a laser.
I also did pretty well with it and got a top of the leaderboard game when getting clips. It works fine but there's better options I'd say if you don't have good reaction times, weapon ttk matters more to make up for it though! (human reaction + ads speed + guns ttk = total ttk)

one thing about PP-19 is its the easiest to control silenced weapon in the game hands down and very very low sound when firing that its barely noticeable at all. been in the thick of enemies picking people off without being noticed until i was literally stepped on. buuuut that is where my praises end as you feel the bad TTK when ever you need to clear rats out of a building or get into a high noon quick draw fight if you want to be sneaky bugger this is the gun for you, but be prepared to get a reality check from time to time especially from MP7 users
Yeah, the problem is the easy controllability is at odds with 40m damage drop-off start and immediately adding bullets to kill (24.99 dmg). Especially when you can take something like the AUG, just as easy to control silenced and 150m dmg drop off. And 1.5x headshot dmg to benefit from your low recoil.
In the beginning the 19 was had the least recoil so I naturally gravitated towards it. But then SMGs got rebalanced and I never bothered with it again.
No disagreement on the stats of the PP-19. It does have its (niche) use as a mid-range silent killer. The long silencer makes this weapon super quiet & so decent for quick flanking attacks. Very much replaceable, but a good option for mid-range players to complete the SMG challenge & not be required to CQC.
Yeah it does have higher movespeed than the AR/Carbs it competes with, but I don't think it's generally worth the trade. good point though about mid range maps and SMG challenge!
I feel each gun will have its main points once the game has more game options Hardcore mode or other modes that give have different settings to the main game
I've been going through every gun in the game one at a time and unlocking all the attachments for them (~350 kills). I'm done with about 80% of guns and the PP19 is easily the worst one yet
@@ClippyTactical Heavy barrel, and then a few different grips depending. Vert grip is probably best all around. Otherwise stabil if I want to do more pop shots, and skeletal for closer range stuff. To be honest, the recoil is so low on the g3 you can use pretty much anything. The g3 feels like a great alternative to the aug

I was using it in a hardcore server this weekend. And the recoil control of it really shines when you only need to hit 3 shots it seems
I can't comment on custom games, but even then surely the MP5 is better than it? (Also a laser beam and much faster DPS)

Statistically, it's awful and it's noticable on multikills - but if you're finding success with it, keep using it!

Yeah hopefully, but even then the pp19 probably wouldn't see use in its current state. The weapon itself just needs some love
I tried and not again. Getting kills with it is like getting served rare steak when you asked for medium well
It's not bad honestly until you have a fair fight, then you notice the ttk is really slow
