Please be careful. Fasting is done for prayer, not to lose weight. If you're causing any damage to your body, that's absolutely against the rules of fasting. For losing weight, I would recommend following a good diet plan and exercising.

My Uncle uses a barrel for his cold bath, I'd probably get freaked out by thinking there is some kind of organism inside. But seeing this pool like cold bath I wouldn't have fear
you know I have this problem. Shaytan tricks me. If I work I feel like maybe I'm not relying on ALLAH and if I don’t work then I feel like I won't get anything as ALLAH is not giving me. I'm struggling to be consistent with my work.

The whole time we are working this will be classed as worship! DO NOT let Shaytaan tell you otherwise! He wants you to be lazy and he doesn’t want you to work hard for the sake of Allah.
