Sometimes your buddies don't respect the memories you made together as much as you do, and sometimes they start surrounding themselves with liars and control freaks. Because to them, making new friends is a huge deal for some reason, and if they get too comfy with you they use the ideal of history between you to assume you're working on the same playbook. Also, idk if this makes a difference, but I’m a lesbian. Women tend to choose an ideal partner based on personality rather than just appearance alone (though being attractive certainly still helps).
