Thank you for showcasing these cables in such good quality, it really helps to see how a cable actually looks when you get it. It's so hard to find actual videos of these cables. I'm definitely gonna grab some of these.
@@PaulWasabii Luckily I managed to snag some of the ones that you showed. I have been disappointed with some cables in the past, once I have received them. Thank You so much for helping me make a purchase I wont regret. 😃
Superb fan of the cables in 4k video series! Cable 1 and 2 are my favorite. I never liked twisted in pics until I owned one... And I'm hooked on twisted vs braided. Less tangly and better feel. Cheers! Would nicehck do super blue in twisted as a custom?
To be 100% honest, the timing is the problem. If I have a $40usd SuperBlue in my cart with a coupon, XINHS is more than likely not going to match the price. BlackJelly worked out as he thought he had different material and I caught him at the right time. I may go back around 11-11 and consider it though. SuperBlue went on promotion a few times as I had friends pick it up, but BlueRose was a one time promotion at launch.
I find it very addicting to go on aliexpress and just look up a bunch of cables.. I have a massive wishlist of which ones I want to buy. Seeing you do this is very appreciated! Sub'd
Yeah, I definitely do more stalking than buying, but sometimes I am weak. If you are on Facebook, I tend to post more cable bits here: facebook.com/groups/hopesanddriams/
No worries, I do cable videos for people who may buy them, but mostly for people who will never buy them but want to see them up close or in a different format than pictures with muted colors.
I bought two of those ivipQ 8-core silver plated (in 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm). It was an awesome discount promo to put them on the map. Too bad they are full price now.
NiceHCK have launched the cable "Dragonscale". What do you think about it? Does it cost its price in Ali with a coupon from NiceHCK store? Sorry, I don't know the exact price 'cause from Russia, can't change the currency.
Hi Paul, thanks for the great video. I was wondering if you’ve ever experienced .78 2-pin connectors becoming loose causing the cable to detach on its own with normal wearing of iems. If so do you have any tips to resolve the annoyance? Thanks!
It has not happened to me, but I can see it happening. I would be tempted to get a cheap 2pin from XINHS though because his 2 pin are typically a tighter fit than NiceHCK. On some expensive sets, I won't use XINHS for that reason. No need to add stress to that connector. I am just not sure it would help you though. You can also look for 2pin 0.75mm like this: www.aliexpress.com/item/3256803381489538.html Will that help or hurt your situation, not sure either. In theory it is a tighter fit.
@@PaulWasabii you mean xinhs cable use a 2 pin connector that is slightly bigger or tighter than the standard thickness? is that ok for iems? i bought the grey and bluish graphene with 8 core and planning to use it for my $200 iems. is that ok?
Well, kinda soft but on the thick and heavy side. It looks awesome, but there is some unexpected weight to it. People were switching to the 4 core version for this reason. Still, soft isn't how I would describe it.
@@PaulWasabii oh. I was thinking of getting the 8 core grey and also bluish graphene that is modular. I was thinking the 8 core looks more better. Also is there modular system good?
Right, cool to see these cables up close as the picture colors are usually muted, but it is more of a show and tell for me rather than you need to buy any of these.
Some people paint the brakes on their cars and you can't even see it. It's 95% for fun n giggles and 5% for improvement in ergonomics microphonics and feel over stock.
Many stock stock cables are OFC, upgrade cables went towards crystal copper, upocc, some of those high purity coppers, and Japanese copper. Generally I wouldn't buy OFC but that particular ivipq cable is either mislabeled or the best OFC I have ever measured. It is a good question, mostly I look for the unique ones as I have enough OFC stock cables lying around
That is funny. I did ask XINHS and he did say it is a friend's store. I bought the purple and silver promotional cable from 3-28 and that was another bargain as it measures very well. I'll keep buying their cheap promotions as long as I can.
Have u tried 24 cores???...i've this stock cables which is 2 cores..I've Compare em..Wow big diff..2-24..Ha2 u yall should tryin' by a big Gap not Meh!..like yall focus to..used logic newbies..peace!

I need to get back to it but NiceHCK switched their model to more limited run cables so it is less useful when you can't buy it a month later.

Yooo Paul!! Thanks for the shoutout!! Glad that the GIEFTU (former JieTu) cable made it to your cheaper SpaceCloud recc 🙏
Hey, thanks for buying it. I have mentioned it for a bit, just never bought one or had confirmation. So thank you for that.
Supernice cables Paul, thanks for all this candy.
Thank you
NICEHCK caables are higher in quality with sound and better thickness and feels more premium over other brands Thank You !
XINHS and ivipQ are closer now. NiceHCK still does better hardware though

Correct, they are very good cables. Their resistance is low, so arguably a good deal even at full price.
