My grandma told me that when you hear Great Tit singing "Cveta cveta cveta" (from Serbian to English- It's blooming it's blooming it's blooming) means that spring is coming! Still can't unhear it😂❤
Thanks Lucy. I like the idea of the 'tea-cher' sound, but I visualised a squeaky door or pub sign blowing in the wind. You make the sounds so easy to remember.
Thank you for another great lesson. The Great Tit in my garden always sounds like its saying "whiskey, whiskey"...which i probably shouldn't have mentioned to my 2 year old. Now every time she hears it she shouts "Whiskey!" at the top of her lungs 😳😂 xx
in the morning and after noon i've been listening to this and was wondering whats the name of the bird ! now i know! i have been googling for 3month now . i am from cyprus they called it papaditsa . they are super cute bird. going to subscribe to these channel i think im going to learn more species
Don't know if you know but when I was scrolling through the lessons the title page says episode 6 instead of 7. I only know because I was looking for episode 7. Love this series.
Thanks Lucy, really enjoying these lessons. Looking forward to the return of the chiffchaff though after awhile I do start to find that “chiff-chaff, chiff-chaff” song a little bit irritating. Am I the only one??

Love these bird songs videos, only over the last year really found my love of the outdoors again in the way I did as a kid
Thanks Lucy. Really enjoying these lessons and useful tips. Can’t wait for Blackcap vs Garden Warbler!!
Brilliant, informative and funny to boot... 😀
Brilliant sessions Lucy - thank you. Am enjoying working my way through and rapidly becoming a Birdsong Nerd - yay!! 😁🐦🎶

Love it, I've always thought they sound like pumping up an airbed. Will definitely check out the other songs they sing :)
I call it the squeaky wheel !

Great lesson as always, thanks Lucy! The link to Ben's channel seems to be broken, don't know if that's just my end.
Thanks for the heads up Bethan, it should be fixed now! :)

that sounds like it’s on your end, because everyone else can hear it fine.
