Freedom News Now - you said he was pulled over for tint, did they hold him there until those other deputies arrived to do other things? because the courts have ruled a person can NOT be held at a traffic stop any longer than it takes to reasonably write them a ticket for said violation... aka they can't hold you until a drug dog arrives, they can't hold you for another deputy with special training for drugs or alcohol, they must issue and release... P.S. and they can't delay writing that tickets just to "buy time" for other officers to arrive, they can't pull bullshit like this anymore to fish for crimes, it now becomes an unlawful stop for which civil remedies are open to correcting... hopefully criminal options will follow...

Pulled him over for tint, ended up searching his car, and his pockets. The academy trains them to harass private citizens, it's disgusting.
It's been like that since 911...they need all the fund they can get from getting sued that's the true.

Unless he gave permission. Law abiding citizens that have nothing to hide have no problem allowing them to search. Maybe get off the meth and the paranoia will go away.

I was in Virginia, visiting from Florida. Was also stopped for window tinting - was told to "get it fixed," if I was staying in Va. (l was - and I did). Took the tinting off myself, with Industrial strength Ammonia. It works. Received NO ticket - NO warning - nothing but a casual stop by a BLACK State Trooper. Thanked him and I was on my way. These guys were on a Power Trip - NO question about it.
Window tint? Write him a ticket. Instead they search the car and his person. Good bye free country.
It's because people don't know their rights and think they have to say yes when police ask to search their vehicle. It was a fishing expedition, and that's why they ask that crap. That's why you ALWAYS reply, "I don't consent to searches" even if you have nothing to hide.

Ask them to do a test the tint on the cop car to see if is calibrated correctly. Then they can test your tint.
Why would a car get searched after being pulled over for tinted windows?
I suspect they would claim they smelled alcohol or some other drugs and used the tint as an excuse to mess with the driver. Nothing bunch of thugs thinking they are above the law.

I live in Ohio and was pulled over for “no front plate” .. & the cop had a drug dog 🤷🏻♀️wasn’t searched but when I asked why he pulled me over , he paused .. which indicates he was trying to think of a lie....

I didn't see a k-9 unit, so I assume the Black man gave up his constitutional rights against warrantless searches and seizures and allowed these thugs to search his vehicle. People need to learn their rights in this country.

Why is it illegal for window tint on the pulled over vehicle but not illegal on the police vehicle?
Luckily in the state of Mississippi they cannot arrest anyone for tickets anymore and they cannot suspend anyones license for traffic citations.

About cop body cams: I agree. I do believe that police departments delete and/or edit footage taken that is damaging to them. You can NEVER EVER trust em! I also believe they make it VERY DIFFICULT to honor any request to receive a copy of such footage. All of which is NOT right. It is good that the public records them while they work, however, those who do record em MUST BE VERY SMART! I will only reveal so much info, but go in groups and think SMART! For all that you have done would have been for nothing. Think about it.

Next, just give 'em a badge, gun, taser, and a fast sports car with flashy cool lights, and unleash 'em like a rabid dog to extort money and force pure tyranny on others - all in the name of "public safety".....(oh, and by all means....DO NOT forget to "BACK THE BADGE" everyone.
