I cannot tell you what's the best Antibiotic against any type of microorganisms
Because it differs from a persona to another depending on history case and antibiotics taken previously.
Antibiotic culture and sensitivity test should be taken place to choose the best Antibiotic.

Tetracycline, Ampicillin, sulphonamides, Cephalosporins and amoxicillin may show high sensitivity to Klebsiella.
