Cartess, there are so many on TH-cam telling us "well you could get a place for..." and they offer a range. That ALWAYS leaves me unsure. What you are doing is brilliantly helpful and practical. You are taking us on tours and offering real-time numbers and examples!! Thank you so much! It really allows me to think about my budget. Please keep up the great work!
The $14,000 peso rate is locked for the term of your lease. If you have to exchange USD to acquire pesos, that's when you'll notice the fluctuation. Most veteran expats buy thousands of pesos when the rate is in their favor to avoid losses when the exchange rate is low.
This is gorgeous! It gives me elegant old skool vibes

Wow what a great apartment. People are renting single rooms for that price in Toronto and higher.
Wow
I'mm really liking this place or something very similar. I will be sending you an email soon and doing the consult for a planned move next month.
Sounds great!
What's the name of the condo complex? Are there any HOA-type fees?
If you get a apartment for 700 a month, will they increase the rent if the exchange rate goes up or down, or do you lock in on that 700 ?
watch this video to get an understanding of how that works:
