EXCELLENT video. Very detailed. Thank you for posting this. I had the exact same problem with mine. After watching your video I got a mechanic to scan it for me to confirm where the problem was, and I was able to fix it myself in about a half hour. Thanks again!
Amazing find I'm impressed as a shade tree mechanic and it's in my car is doing the same thing and I take it that the seat being moved back and forth probably stretch the wire and broke the wire on the inside thank you good job
Bro you’re the man!! I’m now following and subscribed, all I had to do is go right to the seat rest (after I pulled the fuse) I had the same exact issue, 5mins to solder and move on with my life!!
Best video I've seen, very professional, congratulations for all your knowledge and teaching us, I'm just an amateur but what I liked the most was about the cables broken inside and looking good on the outaside, again congratulations
Hey I have 2013 dodge avenger in the battery is located in the same location so quick tip, to disconnect the negative you can just unscrew the bolt that holds the ground cable to the battery. So instead of disconnecting from the battery you disconnect from ground :)
Hello, I have the issue on my 2012 jeep liberty. What tool are you using to detect the break of current/active current? Alternatively I live in the area, what kind of price would I expect for this repair?

what is wrong with your car?
Is this process effective on a 2013 as well?
Yes
Do you have to put the elastic back cause that’s what cause the problem
I don't remember. It was a long time. Watch the video and you will see the problem
