Can a Jon boat with a Swamp Runner mud motor fish with the big boys? Well sure it can! A friend of mine has never fished a bass tournament so we signed up! This lake has a ton of lily pads and stumps and I thought what a perfect place for the ten can and the mod motor but to our surprise all of that was two to three feet under water lol.
We made the best of it and had a blast in the process.

Amazing to me that someone pulled fourteen and a quarter pounds of bass out that chocolate milk! Never fished there, before…might need to check it out one day…when the water’s clearer! Stay Safe!

Yes me too I was surprised that anything was caught that day lol. It's normally a pretty good place to fish under normal conditions.

I’ve never been out there when it was chocolate milk like that. That’s a good lake for smaller craft, definitely don’t need a 300 lol.

Yeah with a boat like that you can go around the whole lake in 2 minutes lol. It's usually a good place to fish but that was not a good day.
