Um. I followed this step by step. I'm logged in as my daughter on the machine with her icloud account. She has access to my email. She has access to my docs. Double and triple checked, I'm logged in as her as user. Why does she have full admin privs seemingly? Any help.

During verification process its very easy for Apple to conflate your apple password and the new user's who you may be editing. Be careful during that process if your child has an apple ID but you can't recall the password and need to change it. It gets sticky very fast.
