इन दो आसान तरीकों से बनाएं राजस्थान के पारंपरिक बाटी । इस तरह से बने बाटी खाने में इतने स्वादिष्ट बनेंगे की फ़िर कभी बाहर से खाने का मन नही करेगा ।
Ingredients for Rajasthan's traditional Bati -
(HINDI)
आटा - २ कप (३०० ग्राम)
सूजी - १/४ कप (५० ग्राम)
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया (दरदरा) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मीठा सोडा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - १/४ कप + पकाने अनुसार
पानी (गुनगुना) - १/२ कप

(ENGLISH)
Wheat flour - 2 cup (300 gm)
Semolina - ¼ cup (50 gm)
Salt - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds (beaten) - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - ¼ cup + to cook
Water (lukewarm) - ½ cup
