I love how informative your videos are! This is a great ship tour. We sailed on her sister ship, the MSC Seashore last year so this all looked very familiar and brought back some great memories. Great video!
Thanks so much! We sailed on Seashore last year as well, and except for Robotron and a couple of name changes, this ship is identical! I actually think they missed the boat a little bit and should have changed her cosmetically to give a unique identity. Nevertheless, a beautiful ship!

MSC has beautiful ships and a fantastic island in the Bahamas. They still have some room to improve their landslide customer service but they are moving in the right direction and we live cruising with them! Thanks for watching.

I will be on the MSC seascape in December 23-31 for the Holiday cruise. This will be my first MSC cruise and I am staying hopeful in spite of so many mixed reviews.
We’ve heard all the talk as well, but we’ve now been on three MSC cruises and had a great time on each of them. Was it perfect? No, but what is? Hope you have a great cruise!

Just returned from a 7 days eastern carribean cruise on seascape out of Miami. I had a great trip and my expectations were low from all the negative reviews I've seen prior to going. I was pleasantly surprised with the trip. Great crew beautiful ship and decent food options. Food wasn't mind blowing but nothing was bad and I was never hungry. I would for sure go back on a MSC cruise

I was just on the Seascape last week, the ship is beautiful, but I won't be traveling MSC again. the room toilet was broken when i embarked, then again day 2, there isn't any shade in pool areas other than the jungle pool, and that room was a sauna. The food was subpar in my opinion, the cabana at private island was not cleaned well, as I found cigarette butts around. there was also mold in cooler and their solution was to put a smaller cooler within the bigger cooler in the cabana. The music in the lounges at night were not to my taste. I heard way too much latin pop (ie daddy yankee). There also isn't enough included dining options.
We agree…. Beautiful ships, but they lack in some areas…. Dining options we definitely agree on! RCL and Carnival have a ton of options for lunch included… Seascape??? Buffet…. Thanks for watching the channel!
@thecruiseworld I am sailing in July 2nd. I have a friend who sailed on MSC seashore. They were extremely unhappy 90% of the passengers didn't speak English no communication and the music was all in Spanish.
I pray it's different on the Seascape?
@@Desman228 it's was pretty much the same, although 90% is a big exaggeration. U can find your click, but it's a fair assessment regarding music, and sports.

How was the entertainment? Was there enough to do on sea days?
So, this is a mixed bag…. We really enjoyed the shows in the main theater. This ship and the Seashore also have ale Cabaret Rouge, which on the Seashore we LOVED the entertainment! On Seascape they appear to rotate entertainment there and it was the same two guys every night, so that got repetitive. There isn’t as much to do as on RCL and Carnival, however they did do trivia and dance classes and the like. We spent most of this week relaxing…
I am not that familiar with MSC, but an acquaintance couple invited my wife and I on a Seascape cruise next February. Anyone who has done the Yacht Club... what are your opinions of it? Is it worth the money?
We haven’t gotten a chance to experience Yacht Club yet, but we’ve heard great things! If you decide to go with it I hope you enjoy it, but either way this is a really nice ship.
What type of crowed is MSC for? Older folk young or well balanced?
I would say it’s very well balanced! And they also provide value fares all the way up to premium yacht club suites. It’s a great value for beautiful ships and good entertainment.
How do I see pictures of the interior of the Aurea Suite with whirlpool?
I would check MSC Cruises website-unfortunately we are unable to access this while onboard and the ship is occupied. This is a great ship. i just got off of it today. it's a good ship, i liked it but the buffet gets extremely, unreasonably cramped.

@@Desman228 music was good, food was fine but ik a lot of people didn't like it. specialty restaurants are probably the best quality food onboard but the general restaurants are still great.

Mark I enjoy your videos. However, I'm one of the many one-and-dones with MSC. We have cruised on over 50 cruises. We have never had such a rude and unconcerned staff both on the ship and on the phone. We'll never ever cruise MSC again.
Hey Ken, thanks for watching! It is unfortunate, but we do hear that from a number of people. We did have a lot of issues during COVID with their customer service and OBC and rebookings. That being said we have enjoyed the two ships we have sailed on, despite some issues, and we are sailing on the Seaside next week. MSC is dedicated to making a name for themselves in the US, and we will continue to cover their ships and let people know what we think…. Our review for this ship should be out soon. 😀
@@thecruiseworld To top off our MSC cruise----------- the crew was working on our deck for 6 days. We had to give the crew access to the deck AM, lunch, and PM.- While the crew was hammering we kept our curtain closed. Keep up the good work on the videos.
To be 100% honest, I don't find cruise ships to be the least bit appealing.
Besides being crazy expensive, you end up paying alot more money for "extras" that should be included in the original price.
And then you're suck within a small space with a large number of people.
If someone offered me a free cruise I'd still turn it down.
Personally, I have no idea why people go on cruises?
But hey, that's just me.
Everyone enjoys different things-that’s what makes the world great! We can agree to disagree about cruising, but how ever you decide to see the world, have fun!

A friend of mine is going on the Seascape in 2 weeks, so she will give me a very honest opinion when she gets back.
I'd love to hear those thoughts as well! We enjoyed the Seascape. MSC is not without their issues, but we are loving the direction MSC is heading.

Mi familia y yo (12 personas) llegamos el 20 de agosto del crucero por el Caribe con esta compañía y ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido de vacaciones hasta ahora (mala calidad en la comida, calidad precio nefasta, excursiones sumamente abusivas al igual que el internet, que además funcionaba fatal, aglomeraciones de pasajeros a todas horas, masificación de la naviera y de sus estancias, simulacro que deja mucho que desear, información a los pasajeros solo en inglés e italiano obviando por completo a los hispano hablantes, animación que brilla por su ausencia, zona del casino mal ubicada ya que por allí tienen que transitar los menores para ir a la zona del teatro, no puedes relajarte en ninguna parte de la borda a partir de las 00:00 ya que te echan con las mangueras para limpiar y sin fin de etc) no volveremos jamás con esta compañía a realizar ningún crucero.
MSC sucks guys. Avoid at all cost! Never again!
What was your experience that made you feel this way?
@@thecruiseworld had drink + internet package but WiFi wasn’t working and they couldn’t much to fix the issue. Bars always a disappointment as I had to wait 40 minutes to get a drink (people were skipping others and bartenders would just let it happen multiple times). Food could have been better. The ran out of ketchup. It’s hard to get in contact with a representative once I got back from msc. Their customer service department is horrible. Still haven’t able to get all my photos that I purchased.
I just got off the Seaside and it was a blast. Excellent service, great food and drinks. I typically do the Aurea experience or Yatch Club. Maybe got lucky.
