This is from Biggie's 4th album "Duets" which is artists duetting with BIG's old lyrics. His 3rd album "Born Again" had his unreleased verses alongside a lot of features.
This was a song that was floating around in the mixtapes for years when Biggie was alive. Years later after he passed, they used it to make the Biggie Duets album..it was a song main stream never heard before
The verses we're from the original "What you want" which was sorta an unreleased track before BIG came out with "Ready to die'. It was one of the first songs BIG recorded when he first signed around 93. But puffy def did the right thing and had Danja Handz (Timbaland's protege co producer at the time) produce an up to date beat (Came out in 2005) and also had Hov feature on it. The original's beat wasn't as cold as this one here.
Remember when TI addressed this - ppl thought Jay took a shot at TI lol.. TI was like well Jay is older than me & been in the game before me so maybe he was rappin money with rubber bands.. shit was petty af but hilarious

The Commission was going to be Biggie, Jay Z and Big L. Big’s original deal was almost over, ROC a Fella was starting. Big L was about to sign with ROC a Fella then he was killed and so was Biggie. The Super Group that almost happened

This not a real song. I don’t know why people paying for these.
yeah it is, it really wasn't out there like that and it's better than the OG after it got remixed for Biggie Duets.
It's a real song. Biggie was dead and this is one of the song they put together after for the album they released with all those features
Yeah that's how you hear Em on "Dead Wrong ". I don't remember to much about this album. I remember Big L posthumous album. The beats were better imo.
