I got mine yesterday. Wore them for my workout. But they sounded so good and were so comfortable that I wore them all day. And even when they were turned up, I could still hear everything around me, so that was great too (since you want to be able to hear things around you when you’re walking outside, working out or whatever). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bought these for the gym because of your thorough review, and im blown away by the volume and clarity. Thanks Floss, you're the only dude I trust for tech and phone reviews!
Holy smokes! I’m absolutely blown away by how this works. I just got mine and I immediately ordered another pair for a gift. They sound great and are comfortable without blocking sound. I’m super impressed. Thanks for another win purchase! Always trust Floss!
Flossy, thank you for bringing open ear concepts to the mainstream! They have their place and I appreciate your reviews. I ran with a Trekz Titanium for a few years. It's still alive but the plastic started cracking. I recently got the Sanag Z50 Pro Max cuz I realized I really just prefer them for listening to speaking vids like yours and just leave one on one ear. Each earbud will literally last all day. Now, until the day someone comes out with some bluetooth ear piercing studs that don't look whack, tech still has a long way to go! Keep em coming Floss.
Nice to hear about some air conduction technology, this may be useful for the blind for using navigational apps. I always hated bone conduction because it always felt weird and wasn’t as clear before. My gift is a shot and see how they work!
Love my shockz for outdoors walks and workouts. I bought the old school ones for less than 100, but I think I should have bought these. Must maintain my situational awareness
I just got mines yesterday, still need to set up the E.Q. settings. Have to get use to the way they set on my ears, but the sound quality is great. Definitely super lightweight and love Tozo ear buds, 3rd pair.
Ordered these from the back of this video. It's an invaluable service you give us floss. Thank you very much. Love your vids. And thank you for your service. One vet to another 👊👊
I have several of the generic brand air conduction earbuds from Amazon. I love this style and I'm thrilled to see Tozo come out with these. My ears can only handle in the ear earbuds for so long. They get irritated and tired. I have the Oladance ($140) earbuds and they're great but pricey. These types of air conducting earbuds I can where all day. Hopefully Tozo comes out with wireless earbuds so I can scoop those up at reasonable price. Good looking out Floss.
Coupon now gets them at 35! That's a steal....I have older Shox and I don't wear them for running because they hurt the side of my head after about 30 min.... Trying these! Thanks Floss!
The Tozo OpenReal are similar to the Soundpeats RunFree Lite air conduction earphones that I own. I had a pair of Shokz Openmove bone conducting earphones, but the poor bass and overall sound made me get the Soundpeats air conduction earphones. I had issues with the max volume, but I switched of the volume sync one my Samsung, so the Bluetooth level was max, and there was more volume on the earphones. I only paid under £25 from Amazon UK with discount over a month ago. The Tozo currently retail for £49.99 here in the UK.
I own the Soundpeats RunFree Lite (I paid $30 USD, price is $25.49 USD as I type this). It sounds just as good as my Oladance ($149 USD)! I realize Oladance has other advantages besides just the sound, but for its much higher price I was expecting the sound to be much superior. So if you can't afford a "top" brand like Oladance you can still have great sound for an amazingly affordable price. After watching this review by Flossy, I decided to order the Tozo OpenReal. It looks like a step up from Soundpeats RunFree Lite while still coming in at a very appealing price.
Yeah I love Tozo. Been a fan of them ever since I got some of their earbuds for Christmas. Love them and ty for the reviews @Flossy Carter. Keep being awesome man and hope you and the kitty are having a wonderful time!
Bought, will be here tomorrow. Anytime i see Flossy get hyped about something, insta bought. No one else I trust like Flossy getting hyped about something... :)
Yep these do sound good especially for the price. A little extra bass, useful for outdoors. They fit me terribly though. Easily shake them off and they droop out of position, ruin the sound and ache my ear after an hour. Other air-conduction sets didn't fit me either.(Soundpeats Runfree lites) and sound poorly. Still searching..
Thanks Flossy! I got these overnight here in Australia & i blame you for being online all day (!) & other bizzy stuff-can’t tell I’m wearing them! Amazingly good sound & not weak & wobbly at all! Great multi connect change over too. & the sound goes in the ear just the right place. Good onya, Flossy, TH-cam,TOZO, & Amazon overnite delivery! I think there are also some mysterious hidden settings/actions whatever with touching L or R (bud) with taps or swipes? Maybe an IOS TOZO app update will tell? I got the beigy colour for a change instead of black & can hardly see them on!😊J &🦜🦜
Nice review, helpful. Quick question to you (or anyone who had purchased these): With this new tech being air conduction... when you have your music at a decent enough volume... can folks around you hear it too? Thanks!
I wear hearing aids. These will help BIG time. I go to the gym but have to talk out my hearing aids and hope no one tries to talk to me 🤷🏾♀️😂 Once again, I just copped.
Going to do a major go, allot of the open ear market is allot of misses. The Shocks let me down, maybe I got a defective unit but anything past half volume they distort and that’s at $180.00. The oladance seem to be very fragile. I dropped one in the sink and it was done. Also afraid of them falling off while have a window open……. Hoping the best for these, thanks Floss
Thanks for being 100% real. I already own shokz but needed something with a little umph . I ended up picking them up, Great product because of the ear fatigue and pain true wireless headphones give after an hour of just wearing. Thanks for this one. Excellent product
Hello buddy I've ordered a pair off there website many thx for sharing they look brilliant awesome and the sound what I could hear sounds fantastic Cheers
Hey, you’re right this thing are awesome. I just find it out in Amazon but thanks for your video. I agree for the price on the sound and the battery life and comfortability have five star.
I've been wanting you to review the Shokz open ear headphones that almost look identical to these 🎧 for a while! I always just wanted your take. I like them a lot, though open fit's are cool, but they kind of defeat the purpose of open ear because they rest on your ear instead of your temple. Now the open fits sound better, but it's still not bone conduction.
I hope these are better then the openbuds cause i had bought them last month i had trouble feeding them, as i was at work they kept on disconnecting so later on i lost my temper & i broke the open buds i did not like them, So i will think bout these they seem better then the open buds.
any chance you can do a up to date roundup of wireless earbuds with neckband? i hate the true wireless, because when i take them out to talk to people i have to hold them instead of just letting them drop. thx for any help been watchn for years.
Just got a pair of bone conducting headphones to try. They do have that muffled sound to them but what I don't like is that people around me can here my music or podcast too. I know this is unavoidable with the technology but do these air conducting versions keep others from hearing the music since they're laying on top of the ear canal without going inside?
Absolutely love you and your delivery brother, but I watched the vid hoping to know how to handle calls and I didn't see anything discussing that. Like how to hang up a phone call or any kind of call related operation.
Hey Floss, I have a quick question. So I'm totally blind, so when I'm walking outside, I need to be able to here what cars are doing so I can cross the streets safely. Can I still wear these and really be able to listen to traffic? You said that the music is louder, so I didn't know if it still let's in your sarounding's like the shockz.
@christianbertling902 writes, "I didn't know if it still let's in your sarounding's like the shockz." Yes, it lets in your surroundings. Instead of pressing against your cheekbone like bone conduction headphones, air conduction places the speaker closely over the entrance of your ear but not in your ear. "Can I still wear these and really be able to listen to traffic? You said that the music is louder" Sure, you can listen to traffic. Your ears are open. Also, you can turn down the music volume as low as you prefer.
These look very interesting, i was wondering which ones i should get for $50 never tried these before only ear buds. I saw ur donner buds and sound peats video. Great video though 🎉🎉🎉 as always
Had no idea Tozo was dropping a pair of air conduction headphones! Thanks for the review, Flossy! As someone with some hearing loss, I'm in the "loud crowd". I don't remember if you reviewed the Soundpeats RunFree Lites, but if you did, which is louder?
I will let you know in a few days. I already own the Soundpeats, but the Tozo are on order. I found a way of getting more volume from the Soundpeats RunFree Lite, by enabling 'Disable absolute volume' in Developer options on Android. This separates the Bluetooth level from the earphones volume control. Since I am using Samsung which has 'Modes and Routines', I made a routine to set the Bluetooth level to 100% when connected, so the volume controls on the earphone set the volume of your choice. Another thing about the Soundpeats is the app is not very good or useful. Samsung has it's own equalizer within the music app, so doesn't need the Soundpeats app that also wants to know personal information!
My Tozo OpenReal were delivered a couple of days earlier than expected, so here is the answer. The Tozo goes much louder, but the sound gets shrill/brighter. The Soundpeats are close but with a warmer sound. There is more detail treble with the Tozo and the sound quality is slightly better. I played both without downloading and using their respective apps, so equal settings. The £20 (UK) difference is the Tozo has soft flexible ear hooks, touch control, customization of controls, though I think the magnetic charge cable seems to be of a poor quality! The Soundpeats hard plastic hooks don't feel uncomfortable, even after extended use. Remember everyone has different fitting requirements. The USB-C charging means I can use any of the cables and chargers I already own. The Soundpeats software was a problem to get running, and after a firmware update the the earphones, I deleted it. I use Samsung music player that has it's own equalizer. It's very close and both have their strengths. I will use both and combined they are cheaper than the cheapest Shokz Openmove, plus they both fit and sound better that the bone conducting earphones. I have good hearing so my views may not be helpful.
Play with the EQ either using the app or if the music player has one, such as Samsung music player or PowerAmp, to get the sound preference. The sound is getting warmer as the speakers bed in.
I was so disappointed with these as they didn’t hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Your review was why I purchased and I guess I got a bad pair. Thanks.
I can confirm that these have enough volume to deal with the wind, but the mostly the mid to highs come through. I did not set the equaliser (equalizer for the US). I also own Soundpeats RunFree Lites that can struggle with the volume, so had to un sync the Bluetooth level with the volume to get higher volume. The Tozo works fine without doing this. They are loud enough.
I also own Soundpeats RunFree and RunFree Lite. They are similar to the Tozo in design and being air conduction earphones. They use USB-C charging instead of the bespoke magnetic cable of the Tozo Openreal. Lose or break Tozo charge cable that looks a little flimsy, then you need to source another. They all sound better than bone conducting earphones.
Floss ya gotta get yhe tozo nc7 2022 best earbuds under 100 bucks and they're only fn 40 I'd even take em over my galaxy buds 2 pro amd that's even figuring in I rock the s23u these buds are un fn real for 40 to 50 bucks great vid tho floss

Nice to hear about some air conduction technology, this may be useful for the blind for using navigational apps. I always hated bone conduction because it always felt weird and wasn’t as clear before. My gift is a shot and see how they work!
Yeah these are 100 times better than Bone Conduction for sure
Love my shockz for outdoors walks and workouts. I bought the old school ones for less than 100, but I think I should have bought these.

I got the Golden X1 after your review and gyaaaattt dayum. They sound amazing. Just like Flossy said, if you've been sleeping on Tozo. Wake up!

These are a steal bro.. I’m just getting back into cardio myself.. can’t beat these for the price.
Just ordered these for our daughter she can’t use buds and falls asleep with her headphones one, so these are perfect.
Cheers Floss! 🍻

Yeah Boy ! Floss got us a new vid !
Just got a pair of bone conducting headphones to try. They do have that muffled sound to them but what I don't like is that people around me can here my music or podcast too. I know this is unavoidable with the technology but do these air conducting versions keep others from hearing the music since they're laying on top of the ear canal without going inside?
Now I have AirPod pros 2, beats fit pro, Skullcandy anc2s and now a Tozo!
I honestly watch your videos for your cat I love that cat too precious
Today I was happy to see FLoss represented by Sennheiser on their ad.
I’ve been watching you since 2015. You haven’t changed
Absolutely love you and your delivery brother, but I watched the vid hoping to know how to handle calls and I didn't see anything discussing that. Like how to hang up a phone call or any kind of call related operation.
I showed that in the video bro
Hey Floss, I have a quick question. So I'm totally blind, so when I'm walking outside, I need to be able to here what cars are doing so I can cross the streets safely. Can I still wear these and really be able to listen to traffic? You said that the music is louder, so I didn't know if it still let's in your sarounding's like the shockz.

They must be pretty good. You hit the high voice multiple times 🤣
I like it I'm buying them immediately you got me hooked bro love every single video
My my and dad have these. I just ordered a pair
Just grabbed this AND I grabbed the Jisulife fan! Winning!
These look very interesting, i was wondering which ones i should get for $50 never tried these before only ear buds. I saw ur donner buds and sound peats video.
Great video though 🎉🎉🎉 as always
Nice one flossy especially at 40bucks exactly what I was looking for nice 😎🇮🇪👏
As Bob Barker would say, "the price is right."😁Crap, I should wait till the end of the video before I comment. 🤣
Had no idea Tozo was dropping a pair of air conduction headphones! Thanks for the review, Flossy!
As someone with some hearing loss, I'm in the "loud crowd". I don't remember if you reviewed the Soundpeats RunFree Lites, but if you did, which is louder?
I never tried the Soundpeats ones bro
The Tozo are louder after reverting the Bluetooth settings to sync with volume. The Soundpeats are not as loud!
Play with the EQ either using the app or if the music player has one, such as Samsung music player or PowerAmp, to get the sound preference. The sound is getting warmer as the speakers bed in.
I just bought them - the price is right
White shoes makes my day😊❤️🐈
I was so disappointed with these as they didn’t hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Your review was why I purchased and I guess I got a bad pair. Thanks.
Definitely a defective pair
When he said "rah"... I really felt that...
Muy buen review. Ya me convencí de comprarlos.
Thank you so much for the review of those toys always open earbuds things
Tozo has nice quality products
Powerful review.. thank you
Bone Conduction messes with my equilibrium.
Air is definitely better…, but, I wouldn’t expect much for $40.
It's a price difference between these headphones but would love to see a comparison between these and the oladance open air headphones
Damn Floss... That rona-fro done bloomed! Crazy how fast your hair grows!
Lol it’s been over 3 years bro!
Nice review! Thank you for doing this!
I would absolutely love to have those👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
how is the wind noise cycling, like around 20 mph?
I can confirm that these have enough volume to deal with the wind, but the mostly the mid to highs come through. I did not set the equaliser (equalizer for the US). I also own Soundpeats RunFree Lites that can struggle with the volume, so had to un sync the Bluetooth level with the volume to get higher volume. The Tozo works fine without doing this. They are loud enough.
I’ve been using them the last few day’s riding my scooter at 30mph and they sound great!
