here's some advice that has helped me lose weight faster and get good results: •Do not workout in the kitchen. Lol I did that cause our kitchen had enough room to move in, but trust me, you'll just end up eating between breaks. •Everyone's body works different but if you want to lose fat more than carbs, then I recommend working out before breakfast. (I'm talking about high intensity workouts btw, you're burning more fat in low intensity workouts.) I usually drink some coffee 30 mins before working out. (after I drink 2 glasses of water of course!) •I've also noticed that starting a workout is harder than that actual workout. But come on, most of Chloe's workouts are only 10-20 minutes and you can do this! •Warm ups and especially cooldowns are important. You might not even feel sore and be more motivated to workout the next day. •You don't need to have a low-carb diet to lose fat. It is true that it can make you lose more fat than a low-fat diel but carbs are life! (the healthy ones lol I'm not talking about that pizza you just imagined in your head) just don't overeat and you'll be fine. •I recommend having a high-protein diet. I actually got faster results after I started eating more protein. At least have some protein after working out to avoid muscle loss! •Challenge yourself! If you're doing the low impact exercises try one of the harder ones day by day. You'll be amazed by your progress! I really recommend this one cause you don't understand how stronger you got until you push yourself more! •Definitely take the rest days in the program. Cause your body works while you're resting. But if you really want to workout then some scretching or walks would be great! •Mind muscle connection is really important •If you've stopped the video and looking for some motivation: You're losing time right now. Only a few more seconds. Let's goo •And lastly: working out is not only for you to lose weight but it also helps you a lot mentally! I've never been this happier and positive my whole life. I won't lie. I wanted to start my weight loss journey and I'll start by working out for weeks then I hit a low point and stop. I want to be consistent but lack motivation. However, following your workout (second day but this isn't the first time I'm following a challenge) I just want to say thanks for putting these videos up, even thought I'm feeling dead and shaky after!!! You're so encouraging and sweet!
You can do it! Don't give up because you don't find motivation to work out for a while. Just start again. There will come the point where you complete a whole challenge. And if the break wasn't too long you can just pick up your workouts where you left them. I did the weight loss challenge from March 2021 and I took a 12 days break in between but when I started again most of my progress was still there. And today I completed the challenge with day 28. You can do that too!
I completed the 2021 28 day abs challenge! Final results: 2/18 - 3/13 Stomach: 34 1/2 to 32! Chest: 33 1/4 to 32 1/4! Thighs: 22 to 21! YOU CAN DO IT!!! :)
i don't know if this makes any sense but im just so happy rn bc im doing the 2 weeks shred challenge and im on day 9 and im feeling how im more fit I feel better about myself and the exercises get easier im so proud of myself and nearly crying bc I tried pushing through her plans multiple times but always failed. im incredibly happy I made it this time please whoever reads this PUSH THROUGH its so worth it
Day 26: I’m amazed with my results and I haven’t finish the program 🤯 I’m still eating like I normally would (no diets or restrictions but “healthy”) a few sweets every day 🤣, pancakes ones every 2 weeks, regular cereal as dinner because I’m a mom and tired lol BUT even though my belly is almost flat a few bumps still in my sides but I’ll keep doing the program another month or more 👀 if a can to achieve a better body 😊 and live healthier! I know this is old, but remember to change it up because the body gets used to things fast. So it might work the first or second time, but afterwards, you might not see any results. Although, I might have misunderstood you. 🤔
Im on day 16 of 2021 Flat stomach challenge but y'day i ate 4 mini pancakes with lots of choco-chips and now i did todays program + extra 20 mins hiit and 2 10 mins abs.... i used to be fat then i played badminton and became thin (basically healthy) but i took it for granted and now im a hippo :( ... continue ur efforts!! I had a baby is august and gained about 45 pounds. Today was my first day working out. I weigh 190 right now so keeping up with this exercise was extremely difficult. But I kept going, here to day one. Thanks Chloe for the motivation
Finally done with the final video of the 28 days 2021 weightloss programme 🥳 There was no difference in my body for the first 2 weeks but after finishing the programme, I lost 2 kg (54->52), I lost 1 cm off my waist and 4.5 cm off my high hip area 🎉🎉I have never been this light in the past 10 years-ish so I am super excited to start a new programme tomorrow 😄 thank you Chloe 😍

I didn’t eat as healthy as I should but stats from tomorrow, I’m gonna do intermittent fasting and workout in the morning. I highly recommend this challenge and other challenges as well. U should eat healthily and exercise as the schedule if u can do intermittent fasting, I have seen a lot of people with pretty amazing results.
I completed the 2021 full body 28 days weightloss challenge yesterday and honestly I am so proud of myself! I never thought I could complete it but I pushed myself until I did.. I didn't lose any weight but I look more toned and feel better.. I just came back to say dont be disheartened you will see results eventually.. I didn't lose much because I am pretty close to my ideal weight and bmi is normal also I have slow metabolism.. I dont plan on stopping, today is a rest day for me and from tomorrow i am starting the summer shred challenge! @@erika.s You can't spot reduce fat!!! This is to get stronger core and lower abs, and also to tone those muscles. To lose belly fat you must lose fat in general
The last time I attempted this workout was last April or May when I had no core strength and no muscle in my lower abs (a trouble area for fat loss for me as well). I had gotten 3 exercises in before I caved and wasn't able to finish it. Today, I did every single exercise with no low-impacts and finished the whole workout almost completely with ease! You can do it, guys! With consistency you will progress and get stronger! I'm so proud of myself for completing this and it makes me think about where I started out (weak af). It's possible! Just keep at it and don't give up!

i don't know if this makes any sense but im just so happy rn bc im doing the 2 weeks shred challenge and im on day 9 and im feeling how im more fit I feel better about myself and the exercises get easier im so proud of myself and nearly crying bc I tried pushing through her plans multiple times but always failed. im incredibly happy I made it this time please whoever reads this PUSH THROUGH its so worth it

Day 26: I’m amazed with my results and I haven’t finish the program 🤯 I’m still eating like I normally would (no diets or restrictions but “healthy”) a few sweets every day 🤣, pancakes ones every 2 weeks, regular cereal as dinner because I’m a mom and tired lol BUT even though my belly is almost flat a few bumps still in my sides but I’ll keep doing the program another month or more 👀 if a can to achieve a better body 😊 and live healthier! Thanks so much Chloe ❤️❤️ I feel comfortable again with my body after having a child that changed my body and metabolism and the lockdown weight! Now I feel more secure of my self and I love it ❤️❤️

Wow Congratulations. U r rocking. But myself still so much belly fat .I followed Chloe past 1 and half month . Still continued my workouts in between the periods gap 6 days.
I know this is old, but remember to change it up because the body gets used to things fast. So it might work the first or second time, but afterwards, you might not see any results.

Im on day 16 of 2021 Flat stomach challenge but y'day i ate 4 mini pancakes with lots of choco-chips and now i did todays program + extra 20 mins hiit and 2 10 mins abs....
i used to be fat then i played badminton and became thin (basically healthy) but i took it for granted and now im a hippo :( ... continue ur efforts!! MAY GOD BLESS WHOEVER READS THIS!

I had a baby is august and gained about 45 pounds. Today was my first day working out. I weigh 190 right now so keeping up with this exercise was extremely difficult. But I kept going, here to day one. Thanks Chloe for the motivation
Finally done with the final video of the 28 days 2021 weightloss programme 🥳 There was no difference in my body for the first 2 weeks but after finishing the programme, I lost 2 kg (54->52), I lost 1 cm off my waist and 4.5 cm off my high hip area 🎉🎉I have never been this light in the past 10 years-ish so I am super excited to start a new programme tomorrow 😄 thank you Chloe 😍

@@burcugiray4894 yeah, it helps u lose but it will talk time cuz it depends on how much you burn fat. I didn’t eat as healthy as I should but stats from tomorrow, I’m gonna do intermittent fasting and workout in the morning. I highly recommend this challenge and other challenges as well. U should eat healthily and exercise as the schedule if u can do intermittent fasting, I have seen a lot of people with pretty amazing results.

I completed the 2021 full body 28 days weightloss challenge yesterday and honestly I am so proud of myself! I never thought I could complete it but I pushed myself until I did.. I didn't lose any weight but I look more toned and feel better.. I just came back to say dont be disheartened you will see results eventually.. I didn't lose much because I am pretty close to my ideal weight and bmi is normal also I have slow metabolism.. I dont plan on stopping, today is a rest day for me and from tomorrow i am starting the summer shred challenge!

I DID IT!!!!!! JUST FINISHED 28 DAYS FLAT STOMACH CHALLENGE!!!!! Didn't lose a lot of weight but did see results! my waist got 1 inch smaller and I feel stronger than before, and I can see lines on my stomach. Still a long way to go in this journey but this is a great first step!! gonna move on to the 2 weeks shred challenge next :)

This was a last group of excercises in my LW cgallenge...I JUST FINNISHED A CHALLENGE!!! With Your challenge Chloe and fasting program Last month and half I lost 4kg, 4cm in waist and 5cm in hips. Thank You soooo much I feel so much better and stronger. You deffinetly got yourself a fan for many many years

@@erika.s You can't spot reduce fat!!! This is to get stronger core and lower abs, and also to tone those muscles. To lose belly fat you must lose fat in general
The last time I attempted this workout was last April or May when I had no core strength and no muscle in my lower abs (a trouble area for fat loss for me as well). I had gotten 3 exercises in before I caved and wasn't able to finish it. Today, I did every single exercise with no low-impacts and finished the whole workout almost completely with ease! You can do it, guys! With consistency you will progress and get stronger! I'm so proud of myself for completing this and it makes me think about where I started out (weak af). It's possible! Just keep at it and don't give up!

I started the weight loss programme at 70kg, I followed a low calorie diet. I completed the programme and I'm now 58kg.

@@Alexandrasussy oh god I actually had an eating disorder when I wrote that comment so I guess my abs are not that important 😭 I’m trying to recover now and that’s really hard so if you’re starting u have to really pay attention to your mental state and be careful if you’re not going too far, health is always more important than how your body looks
