  • In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet the bubble border edging pattern for blankets, scarves, handbags, and more.
Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. The crochet bubble border edging is a nice 3D textured pattern that works great for a blanket, shawl, scarf, hat, and other handmade items. It's a simple border pattern, so it works up rather quickly, plus looks nice on both simple and complex handmade items. For my sample I'm using 100% worsted weight yarn and a size 4.5 mm crochet hook.

Would you please do a tutorial on the swatch pattern? I want to make a blanket just like this but instead of pink, orange, and yellow, it would be various shades of blue. Do you begin with a granny square?

I would absolutely love to do this but I get impatient and I’ll never finish it. Maybe one day, but today would not be that day!

So cute especially for a baby blanket. A good way to use up extra yarn.

This is a really neat border. Would be nice edging for an afghan. I love how you explain everything so clear.
