Best regards from Ecuador I was watching your videos on husky oilless compressor maintenance, Ecuador does not have spare parts and I have to import from the US to repair my husky 1.5hp 135psi 6gallon compressor. I require your help from online stores to buy spare parts. He was grateful to everyone for their recommendation
I’m sorry sir but I no longer have this unit and it’s been gone for some years now I would recommend searching TH-cam for “set limiter switches on air compressor” and see what you come up with a quick search on my end came up with a possible video that may help you by dollman0 I would rummage through the videos until you find something that is most similar to the set up that’s on that compressor good luck
It was a pain Examine for fasteners The two that run the length of the bottom Go all the way across. They are like 10" long Use a bit driver i think 9mm . Now, one side (bolt)looks / is a normal hex head The other "nut" side is a long nut (1"long) that will accept a hex bit driver but also is slotted . If you get the bolt head end to back off a1/2 " without holding the nut end then that allows for a flat head screwdriver to fit in that slot on end of the nut. Sounds weird but true You will see- i did not reinstall these two fasteners and i experience no rattling when unit runs. Reply if you need more specific detail Have fun!
The piston should have a "seal" ring thats made out of graphite or sometging similar . The thickness of that ring should be a 64 th? Mine was wafer thin where it makes contact with the cylinder wall thats how i knew mine was shot I ordered new parts from Nu Air who is the manufacturer of husky air products . I spent 30? For new connect rod cuz i screwed mine up, new diaphram new piston seal. Now, if you havent yet, the hex that goes into the top of the piston is a bastard. ( connecting rod) i screwed that up and needed a new one. Be sure to use proper size wrench and pen fluid- let me know how you make out
Best regards from Ecuador
