My mom just saw me meditating and she asked me to stop I am not happy with where I am, I am never enough no matter what I do even when I try to help myself I am just a toy who cant decide on anything for herself, I am always controlled by my parents because they gave birth to me thus I have no will of my own. I can't exercise, i can't have friends, I can't wear this, i am the cause of all their problems, I am not good enough to them, everything is my fault, I am a mistake to them, I am a failure to them But I am not all these things, I am enough and I can and will break free from the clutches of my parents because I can. I’m saying all the affirmations and at times I do become really positive and hopeful about life. I keep repeating it but after a day or two I again become upset and hopeless and cry out. I’m saying all the affirmations and at times I do become really positive and hopeful about life. I keep repeating it but after a day or two I again become upset and hopeless and cry out.
